It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! TOULOUSE was saved by an independent rescuer. Well fast forward to a few years ago, the lady was killed by a drunk driver. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. TOULOUSE is now healthy and ready for adoption. Meet TOULOUSE! This gorgeous Ragdoll has been through a lot, but despite his timid nature, he’s managed to hold onto his sweet spirit. TOULOUSE was rescued from a severe hoarding situation, and though he's had a long journey, he’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to heal and thrive. TOULOUSE is a cat of few words, but he’ll tell you everything you need to know with his expressive face and adorable antics. He may not be a lap cat or a cuddler, and that’s okay! He’s the type who prefers to keep his distance, but he’s still very social in his own way. He enjoys being near you and will often approach to check you out, respond to your voice with those signature Siamese cute faces, and entertain you with his playful little quirks. While he’s not one for being touched just yet, TOULOUSE can form strong bonds with people who understand his boundaries and give him the time and space he needs. His ideal home would be with someone patient and gentle who can respect his need for space, while still offering him companionship and a safe environment to feel comfortable. TOULOUSE may not be the type to curl up on your lap or snuggle close, but that doesn’t mean he’s not capable of showing affection. He’ll share his company with you on his terms and, in his own way, let you know just how much he enjoys being around you. TOULOUSE is looking for a forever home where he can feel safe and loved without pressure—just a calm, quiet place where he can live life at his own pace. Submit Online Application 4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview 5. Will be notified of Approved Application 6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED) 7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty 8. Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning ONLY. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 5 pm - 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 3 pm - 6 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. Store hours change with holidays. ******************* If you call the PETSMART location, please ask them to physically check the cattery door for the current week's VISITING HOURS. ****************** The kitties at foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do the OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. My girlfriend and I was given cupcake from my brother. My brother has two other cats that were not the greatest to cupcake and she was hiding all day long and only coming out to eat. When we got cupcake about a year ago, she has been out and about in our apartment, and more friendly with my household. We are unable to care for her as much anymore as we have a busier schedule, and would love for this sweet girl to go with a family that would be able to give her love.

Sunny came into our lives when he was a kitten. We have had him for three years. We already have one cat and since my moms retirement, money has been tight.Sadly, we cannot afford to care for two cats. Marshmallow is a stunning 5–7-year-old Ragdoll–Siamese mix with gorgeous blue eyes and the sweetest, calm presence. He loves lounging in warm sunbeams, curling up in any box he can find, and chatting softly when he thinks it’s mealtime. He enjoys gentle pets and quiet company, though he prefers not to be held. Marshmallow is fully vetted—vaccinated, dewormed, de-flead, neutered, microchipped, freshly bathed, and nail-trimmed—and he comes with his medical record card. He is looking for a peaceful, forever home where he can enjoy the next 10 years with someone who appreciates a mellow, sun-loving companion. He does well with other gentle, respectful cats. This is Cin, he is a year old, and loves to chill around. Very patient with toddlers and likes head pats, but likes his own space. I would simply like it if he found a patient caregiving owner.

My cat had a litter of 8 kittens. Pearl is the last one left . I need to find her a home she is a sweet kitten she purrs alot.

Hello Cat Whispers, My name is Lupita. I am a young 6 year old female who has to live indoors. I’m very loving, loves attention, loves to be held and showered with kisses on my little face. I am playful, love toys, love to cuddle with kids and adults. I am very vocal in letting you know I want your attention. One thing I must add is I will hide when I hear strange loud noises. I will come out of hiding once I feel safe again. Unfortunately, my grandma's health has declined and she can no longer maintain my daily needs and wants. I will be sad to leave her but know she needs to take care of herself now. If you adopt me, just know I came from a loving home. FYI, my grandma plays me my favorite song; Little Latin Lupe Lu by the Righteous Brothers. P.S. If you're interested in an older cat, I also have a sister (Little Girl) on this website. She's quiet, easy going and loves adults and seniors.
