Story
Nimbus was given to our family from a young male that moved out of state. We have had him for a little over two months. Does not get along with our male cats that our brothers. He is about 8 years old and absolutely loves people. He is most loving and cuddly. Nimbus is rag doll and mancoon mixed, but is small and weighs maybe 11 lbs. He gets along with our German shepherd but not male cats. At His last home, with the young man, he got along fine with a female cat. The original owner 8 years ago declawed nimbus so he has to be an indoor cat. Please only serious responses only. He really needs to find a loving caring home.

Hi there, I`m Chia!I`m a beautiful, gentle gal and I`m waiting patiently for my forever home. Not much is known about my history, but I do know I love treats, chin scratchies, and watching birds through the window more than anything! I`m looking for a calm and patient home where we can take things slow while I get comfortable. But trust me, once I`m settled in, I`ll show you my true, affectionate side. Since not much is known about my history, I`m not sure how I will do with other animals, but I`d be happy as your one and only too! I cant wait to go home and start my new life with you!No appointment necessary!Meet me at AAWL`s Main Shelter!25 N. 40th StPhoenix AZ 85034602-273-6852Adoption Hours:Monday - ClosedTuesday - Friday & Sunday - 11:30am - 6:00pmSaturday - 10:30am - 6:00pm.AAWL requires that all adopted dogs leave with a leash and collar and all cats leave in a carrier.

Story
A loving pet for 10 years, Moji as a pet to one person has been the most wonderful cuddler and lover that you could imagine. Unfortunately as our family has grown and we have undergone change with a move and new visitors, his aggression towards new people in the house and visitors has heightened and is a struggle for us to manage with 2 kids under 2. We need people here for support and can’t manage/prevent the negative interactions with our guests consistently. Wedon’t want him to be in a position where he is locked away in a room all the time to prevent negative encounters with guests. He really needs to be in a home with someone who likes to live in solitude and is comfortable letting him do things on his own accord. When he’s comfortable he is the best snuggler and independent kitty you can ask for. He will love you and follow you around everywhere, he’s just more of a one person cat. Would love to find him a home that helps him feel comfortable and live out his days without change.

Story
Dolce is a sweet fluffy 9lb ragdoll looking for a warm place to snuggle. She likes to cuddle, but only on her terms and while very kind and friendly, prefers to do her own thing. She is not a scaredy cat who runs and hides or aggressive in any kind of way. She is vocal and will love to follow you everywhere like a Velcro pet. We have nicknamed her the supervisor since she likes to watch what is going on at all times. We have recently had 2 children in under 2 years and the time and attention dolce used to receive from us is very lacking. That, in addition to the upkeep for our family has become quite tasking. She desperately needs a place where she can be the center of attention again and live out the rest of her days getting spoiled while sun bathing on the couch.

Story
Spartacus is a neutered adult male cat. His owner passed away and he was surrendered to a friend who later learned she was allergic to cats. Spartacus is now living in a temporary foster home. Spartacus is an indoor cat. No behavioral issues. He has lived with dogs of all sizes, other cats children, teens and adults. In his foster home he gets little peace due to indoor dogs who do not get along with cats.
