Story
Gwendolyn is a stunning 3-year-old girl with mesmerizing blue eyes and a gorgeous torti-point coat that requires only light brushing to keep her looking her best. This graceful lady has a calm and steady presence, perfect for someone seeking a devoted feline companion. Gwendolyn lives with rhinitis, a condition that causes chronic nasal inflammation, but don't let that worry you—it's easily managed and doesn't stop her from living her best life. She's the ideal balance of playful and relaxed. While she can be bashful when meeting new people, Gwendolyn's curious nature ensures she'll warm up in no time with a little patience. Once she feels at home, she loves being near her favorite humans, often asking to be picked up by placing her soft paws on your legs. She'll reward your affection with sweet kisses and occasional chats. This special girl would do her best as the only pet in a household where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. If you're looking for a devoted feline friend, Gwendolyn is ready to fill your home with warmth and love. Could Gwendolyn be the perfect match for you? She's waiting patiently for a forever home to call her very own. 🐾 Gwendolyn is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. She currently lives with her foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Gwendolyn please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Story
The owner of a Pedigreed Ragdoll Cattery asked us to help find homes for some of her kitties. They are treasures. Moppet, originally called Ragmop, was the first of these cats to be adopted. She went to a family that had already adopted a cat from us last year. Unfortunately that kitty, a male, was jealous of her and sometimes hard on her. Heartbroken, her family returned her to us for her own good in January. She arrived back more friendly and gorgeous than ever. Moppet has a high drama appearance with her seal point coloring and the striking blaze on her forehead. She has an enormous ruff around her neck which stands out in every photo. Her bright white feet set off her dark legs adding to the drama of her light and dark looks. Her fur is lush and luxuriously soft. She is a darling and her personality is very outgoing and full of fun. Moppet's magnificent floofy coat is easy to care for. Her long hair doesn't have the cottony undercoat that a Persian has so it doesn't matt or shed much at all. It is super soft and wonderful to touch but grooming is surprisingly easy. She doesn't need much brushing though she likes it. Ragdolls are known for their mellow, gentle, sensitive behavior. They are emotional cats and need a happy, fairly quiet home; they aren't comfortable with commotion and noisy humans. ( Maine Coons are fine with that.) Very sensitive kitties, Ragdolls will know how your day went. The breeder told me how they would come to comfort her when she wasn't feeling well. Moppet would like her human to be home with her most of the time. Are you retired? Or do you work from home? That would be perfect. I would like to make it easy for Moppet this time and set her up as the only pet in the home, though she is cat friendly. Moppet is a healthy, social, loving kitty. She uses her box. She eats wet and dry food. Her absolute favorite treat is deboned and skinned Costco Rotisserie Chicken cut into tiny pieces. Costco brines their chicken and humans and cats alike love that salty taste. Just don't give her too much at a time. No matter what she says. Some family will be so lucky to have the companionship of this beautiful treasure. Moppet is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, and microchipped. She is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Moppet please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. Story
The owner of a Pedigreed Ragdoll Cattery asked us to help find homes for some of her kitties. They are treasures. Scarlet is one of the youngest of these kitties. She is a bit of a diva who has not necessarily been pampered to quite the degree she thinks is appropriate. Like Blue Bear, maybe her light has been hidden under a barrel a little in this busy cattery full of slightly older important acting females who have had litters. She pouts a little. And dislikes me taking her picture. Scarlet was a little shy when she arrived, not quite confident in her new surroundings. As she got to know her foster moms she relaxed and began enjoying the attention we gave her. She can still get spooked by a stranger or a sudden sound or unexpected movement but she is still a baby learning about the world. She will be fine in her new home but, like most of these kitties, will need a little bit of time to adjust . Like most Ragdolls she needs a quiet, peaceful, orderly home. She is not a good kitty for a home with playing children or barking dogs. She wants to be treasured, admired, cosseted kept safe and secure. She has lived around cats and would likely be fine with nondominant goodnatured kitties but being an only cat would probably be totally fine with her. Her beautiful face is striking partly because it is symmetrical. Her dark seal coloring wraps all around her big blue eyes even by her nose. Her nose is the palest of pinks. Her feet and body are snowy white and her tail is brown and will probably turn darker as she matures. Scarlett's magnificent floofy coat is easy to care for. Her long hair doesn't have the cottony undercoat that a Persian's has so it doesn't matt or shed much at all. It is super soft and wonderful to touch but grooming is surprisingly easy.
