Story
Meet Lewis, a senior dog with a heart full of youthful energy. Despite his age, Lewis is a bundle of joy, always ready to play and explore. He weighs 15 pounds and enjoys car rides, running, toys, and chase. His intelligence shines through in his curiosity and quick learning. He knows the come, no, and down commands. He`s friendly and cuddly, seeking affection with a shy charm that`s impossible to resist. Lewis is also quite excitable, greeting every day with an easygoing attitude and quiet but boundless enthusiasm. As a protective companion, he`ll make you feel safe and loved. Lewis is amiable with other dogs but might be possessive of his food so you`ll need to bring your dog to meet him. Otherwise, he is easygoing, friendly, and playful with other small dogs. He has a special fondness for children, making him a perfect addition to any family as he is friendly, playful and jumpy with them. He might need some guidance with house training and leash walking but he`s not too old to learn. Lewis has a penchant for digging and he might beg for a treat or two, but his endearing eyes make it hard to resist. This lovable senior may be heading towards his golden years, but his spirit is as vibrant as a puppy`s. He`s a testament to the saying, `Age is just a number`. He was only given up because his family moved. Adopt Lewis and let his playful energy, loving nature, and protective instincts bring joy and warmth into your home. (tw 4/22/2025)Are you a senior too?
