Introducing Bigfoot... oops - we mean Wasti! But seriously, check out the paws on this kid! Wasti is just a happy goofball. He loves playing with the other dog in the home, running in the yard, and chewing on his toys. While not a very high energy dog, Wasti's not one to have "idle paws." Brain games, puzzles, chew toys, and walks will go a long way in keeping this kiddo entertained. Wasti behaves as if he's been used to getting his way. Don't worry - he's been picking up on his obedience pretty quick! He's not much of a jumper and is excellent at keeping "four on the floor." He's been working on his basic commands, is potty trained, and is practicing kenneling without protest. Wasti enjoys getting to play with the cats in the home and listens well to redirection when he starts playing too rough. Because of his puppy play style, he may do best in a home with dog-savvy cats or no cats. He has also done well with children of all ages. This big teddy bear is ready for his next big adventure in finding his forever family. He's hoping it might be with you!
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.
