Story
Hi there! I'm Coco, and I’m here to tell you why I’d be the perfect buddy for you. First off, I’m super sweet and totally potty trained. Every morning, I wait for someone to come rescue me so I can go outside. I keep my kennel nice and clean too—no messes here! I’m a pro when it comes to walking on a leash or wearing a harness, and I’ll patiently wait until you're ready to open the door for our next adventure. Oh, and I love dressing up! T-shirts, hats, even costumes—I rock them all. But the best part? As soon as we meet, I'll share all my love with you and make sure you feel right at home. Can’t wait to meet you! ##2000500##

Story
Hi, I’m Cersi! I’m an energetic and alert dog who loves to keep a watchful eye on everything around me. With all this energy, I need plenty of space to run around and burn off some steam, and oh boy, do I love to run! I’m sweet and love meeting new people, but I like to take my time to trust you first. Once I feel comfortable, I’ll happily let you pet me! I can be a little protective, so if I don’t know you, I might bark a bit. But don’t worry—once I warm up, I’m all about the cuddles! Water is my favorite! I love splashing around in the pool; it helps me relax after a busy day of playing. I’m easy to handle when it comes to putting on my harness or collar, and bath time? Bring it on! If you’re looking for a playful companion who’s loving and loyal, I’d love to meet you! Let’s see if we can be the perfect match! ##2140535##

Story
Meet the adorable Muffin! She is a 1/2-year-old, 19 pound, white, Poodle mix. She was found as a stray and was horribly matted. This pretty girl had to be shaved but her coat is growing in nicely. No more neglect for this sweet gal! She will require regular professional grooming. She does enjoy gentle play with smaller dogs but she prefers human companionship over anything else. She would be happiest in a home where someone is with her most of the time. She loves people of all ages. Muffin is very loving and will give kisses. She would love to hang out with you by day and snuggle in your bed at night? She is a very smart girl! She uses her paws in cat like fashion to move items around. She knows how to sit and will try to train you to give her a treat! She seems to be housebroken but may require some reinforcement. She may need leash training. At the sanctuary we use the command "go potty" before taking the dogs outside to do their business. Muffin is happy to comply. This is a good habit to continue at home. She requires a securely fenced yard, as she can jump over a 3-foot fence with ease! She is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccinations. Are you ready for a new love? Muffin is waiting to fill your heart and home with love. Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner. 1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link.
