Hi, I’m Dakota! I’m a sweet older gal looking for a loving home—and an exercise buddy! I’m a big girl (almost 80 pounds of beagle mix love) and could really use someone to help me get back in shape.I’m a little shy when we first meet, but once I feel comfortable, I absolutely adore pets and affection. I’ve lived with kids and cats before and did just fine, though I’d appreciate slow introductions to new friends. When it comes to dogs, I’d preferany other dogs in the home to be calm canine companions.Right now, I’m hanging out in an office with one of my favorite staff members, so you won’t see me in the main kennels. If you’d like to meet me, please ask for me, Dakota, at the adoption center. I might just be the perfect companion you’ve been looking for!Medical History: This older lady has some lumps and bumps that a counselor will be able to go over when you meet with her.
