Hi there! My name is Rocko, and I’m a unique brindle boy who is ready to be your ultimate adventure partner and sidekick. Whether we are out exploring the world or relaxing at home, I just want to be where the action is! I am a brave little guy who keeps a watchful eye on the house, making sure everything is just right so my humans can relax. I am an excellent listener and love to stay close on our walks—I’m much more interested in what you’re doing than wandering off on my own. I have a great balance of energy; I’m always up to play, but I’m also a professional napper once we’re done. When the sun goes down, I am a total gold-star sleeper! I love my crate or will curl up in bed next to you (I'll let you choose) and will settle in happily for a full night’s rest. I’m still working on my "outdoor business," but in my defense, this white cold stuff on the ground is very confusing (and a new experience for me!). I promise I’m trying my best! Love, Rocko From the Foster Family: Rocko is a total sweetheart with a personality as unique as his beautiful brindle coat. He is the ultimate companion dog and is happiest when he is snuggling with his humans. He is very food-motivated for training, and is a perfect gentleman during grooming—he loves getting a bath and will even sit patiently while you trim his nails! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play. However, he does find cats a bit too fun to "harass," so he will need a cat-free home. Rocko does experience some separation anxiety when his humans leave, but we have been working on this, and he is already showing great improvement in how quickly he settles down in his crate.
