You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar.  They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. Pansy is 4 months old and weighs 8 lbs. She is an adorable chubby girl with a sweet pug personality. She is a little shy when she meets you but warms up quickly. There are no known health issues. She  was surrendered by a breeder and she is currently in boarding in the midwest. Adoption fee is 950.00 and includes transport to the Northeast or Southeast. We prefer a home who has experience with pugs or similar breeds. Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a  $20.00  donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year. Applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under forms/application. Donation should be made through Paypal at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com. We are only available by phone after you have an approved application. All pets are located in the southeast. Transport is available to the NE for an additional $300.00 transport fee. We do not adopt in MA, RI due to import laws. Residents MUST pick up in CT. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites. Please read the FAQ on our website for additional information. Adoption fees are cash or money order only. Tommy is 5 months old. He is shy when he meets you. He warms up quickly and his playful pug personality emerges. He gets along well with others. He was surrendered to rescue because he is cryptorchid, has an undescended testicle. His neuter will be more invasive if it does not descend. This is not a major health issue and it is easily corrected. He will need work on housetraining. Adoption fee is 850.00. He is in boarding in the midwest. Story
Emille is a wonderful dog, he is smart, easily trained. Very loving and chill. Does not need a lot of exercise. Is very happy with short walks. He can sit, shake, leave it and come. He had to be crated when I first got him. Now only when he eats because he will eat the other dogs food. We absolutely love him to pieces, but he has A high prey instinct and randomly chases our cats. We have five and it just not working for us. He likes to sit next to you when you are still and lay on the end of the bed while your asleep or he will find his own space
