Story
Nebula is a sweet girl that loves cuddles, snacks, short walks, and sun bathing. Great with kids, other dogs, and cats. Very playful. House trained. She never barks unless she needs to go out or senses its time to eat. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome her (due to human health issues) but we’re hopeful we can find her the perfect loving home.

Peterman came to us from a Dothan, Alabama Animal Services. He is extremely shy and fearful of people, but he loves playing with all of the dogs at our rescue. He will need a sensitive, patient person who will teach him how to trust and work on making him more confident. Due to his shy nature, Pete will not be comfortable in a home with very young children. This fella has been neutered, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $200. Applications to adopt are at kathisk9s.org Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicantsze

Story
My dog, Brutus, is a Chihuahua Mix rescue dog I adopted about 2 1/2 years ago from the Humane Society of Pasco. At the time I didn't know he wasn't socialized. Brutus is used to living with a retired female and no other pets in the house. He is totally house trained. When I have to leave him for 6 hours he doesn't damage anything. He is well behaved and as he gets older he is calmer and has become a couch potato. He would be easy to get socialized with patience and a lot of treats. He likes to play fetch with a small squeaky toy. He is in good health and is up to date with all his shots and is on a flea/heartworm preventative.
