With soft, expressive eyes and a naturally charming personality, Sissy wins over everyone she meets. She's a spunky girl with a zest for life! Born on the Navajo reservation, Sissy showed up on someones doorstep one day looking for help. Thankfully, the family let her stay but she was living outdoors.  Now she’s safe, loved, and ready for her forever home. At 14 pounds, Sissy is the perfect size—easy to take along on adventures but big enough for the best snuggles. She’s estimated to be approximately 8 months old, with an ideal mix of youthful energy and mature sweetness.She likely will not get much bigger. She currently lives with 3 large and medium male dogs and became friends with them right away — she’s social, polite, and loves having a buddy to pal around with.  Her gentle nature shines in everything she does. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming, curious without getting into trouble, and always grateful for kindness and attention. Hi there, I’m Chief! I’m a tiny Chihuahua/Terrier mix trying to navigate this big, exciting, sometimes-spooky world. I may be small, but I’ve got a huge love for one thing… blankets. If you give me a soft blankie and a toy to cuddle, I’m the happiest little guy around. I’m proud to say I seem to have this whole potty-training thing down, and I sleep soundly through the night! I’m still learning how to walk on a leash and explore new places—new things can be a little scary for me—but I’m trying my best. I haven't had the chance to meet too many dogs yet since I was recovering from Kennel cough but when they walk by, I don’t mind them at all. What I’m really looking for is someone with patience, kindness, and a big heart—someone who will let me slowly come out of my shell and show the world who I really am. I might be timid right now, but with the right family, I know I’ll shine. If you think you’ve got room in your heart (and lots of blankies!) for a sweet little guy like me, I’d love to come home with you. ##2602492##
