Only Southern CA Adoptions Unfortunately the family found Bailey to be too hyper. She is estimated to be 1 years old. They simply didn't realize what they got themselves into. She was too much for them being older couple. Very sweet dog who is potty trained, is crate trained - she hasn't really been left alone in the home by herself without being in a crate. She is working on leash training skills currently is doing much better. Foster mom is currently working with her to improve to make her better quality dog for her forever home. She is spayed and update on shots-- also microchipped. She estimated to be 12-13 pounds estimated -- She completely dog friendly , be okay with older kids estimated around 6 or 7 years old and older. She fantastic dog who will be patient with her to give her time to adjust. Definitely needs a lot doggy socialization since she young and loves to be around dogs her size. Because of her small size a home with people and perhaps other animals respectful of tiny sizes is very important. Her size does not stop her from wanting to explore the world, so be ready for a little bit of Terrier energy along with the Pug warmth and lovability. Story
We have had Banner since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 6 years old. He is a great companion for a single person or couple, no young children or other pets IN the house. He LOVES to go on long walks and loves to say hi to other dogs while on his walks, but does not like other pets in his personal space at home so he would do great in a home as an only pet. He enjoys playing with other dogs at the dog park, outside of the house. He loves pats and cuddles, long walks, hikes and running. He would do so well in a home that can meet these needs. Unfortunately we are having to re home him since our 2 year old daughter has been making him anxious and territorial. We have separated them to the best of our abilities but are still realizing that his needs are not being met being in our home with our daughter and number two on the way. Our landlord has also been kind to allow us to keep him but does not prefer pets. Please give Banner a good home!
