Story
Cooper is just about 2 years old and we adopted him from a shelter. We are looking for a new home for Cooper for somebody who has a lot of home time to spend with him as he has some separation anxiety issues. He is house trained if there is a designated outdoor space available for him to potty on throughout the day(balcony grass mat, backyard space, etc.) He knows basic commands such as: sit, leave it, go to your bed and knows how to lay/ stay on his bed until released. He loves treats, squeaker toys, and watching tv on the couch with his owners. He also loves to sunbathe on a nice day. We hope his new owners will fall in love with his cute, silly face and cuddly personality.

FOSTER CARE! Hi, I'm Hagrid! I'm a 2 year old, neutered pug/terrier mix that currently weighs about 35lbs. I'm a happy, silly, confident dog with a lot of energy! I enjoy running and playing with people and dogs alike, so I would love to go home with an active family. I'm also a big fan of belly rubs! Because I'm still working on my manners around food and small animals, I'd do best in an adults-only home. I can't wait to go home to a family that will continue my training so I can become the best pup I can be. For more information about me, just ask Customer Service about Hagrid! Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor.
