Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Any senior dog lovers out there? If so meet Bonnie! Bonnie is a puggle that is around 10/11 and weighs 16 lbs. She is the funniest/goofy girl. Her favorite activities are sleeping, eating, and snuggles (my favorite as well) She is completely vetted which included a lot. She was already spayed but had to have a hernia repaired and some lumps removed which where benign. She had a dental as well and is now missing several teeth. If you are interested in this sweet girl who found herself dumped at Animal Control when she should have been being loved in her senior days you can find our application at https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application   Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. ADULT DOGS (over 1 year) $225.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, first set of routine yearly vaccines, heartworm/lyme test, two rounds of dewormer, one  round of flea medication, and Microchip. KITTENS AND CATS $100.00,   Includes spay or neuter,  vaccine according to their age, two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medication, felv/fiv test, and microchip.   For more information on this animal email adoptionisforever@pethelpersinc.org. Pet Helpers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foster based volunteer rescue located in Fairmont, WV.  We do adopt out of state to approved applicants, if you are willing to drive to WV to pick up your pet.  We do not fly or use transport companies.  Our adoption fee is $150.00 for mixed breed puppies and adult dogs, $225.00 for full blooded puppies and adult dogs and $50.00 for cats and kittens.  Regardless if the animal is a mixed breed or full blooded they are spayed/neutered prior to adoption IF they are old enough.  If they are too young at the time of adoption, then it is your financial responsibility to spay/neuter the pet by the age of 6 months and you must provide proof for our files that it has been done.  All of our pets are checked by a vet, given the shots appropriate for their age and any other treatment deemed necessary by the vet.  All of our pets are adopted as indoor pets and are not be outdoors tied to a box 24/7.  The pet you are adopting has been living in a home with a foster family.  You are expected to take possession of the pet you are applying for within a few days of application approval.  This will enable us to accept another pet into that home.  Because we are a rescue, and believe that spaying and neutering is crucial in stopping the reproduction of unwanted puppies/kittens and massive amounts of animals dying daily in shelters across the country, we expect any animal already in your home to be spayed/neutered. If for any reason you are unable to keep the pet you have adopted you are required to return them to Pet Helpers, Inc.  They are not to be sold or given away.   Check us out on Facebook!!!!!!  We hope you will give us two paws up, like our page and share with your friends.  Pet Helpers, Inc. Story
Koda was surrendered to the shelter on 10/12/2024. They moved into a home with family members and the husky in the home was very mean to Koda. Husky would always jump on her and not let her eat any of her food. Koda is a Pug/Beagle/Jack Russell. Her birthday is 12/6/2022. Koda is sweet as can be and gets along with other animals. Not good with chickens or geese. Koda deserves a nice home without anymore animals that are going to be mean to her. Adoption fee is $100.
