Animal Profile:  Tattie is a 20lb, 6-year-old female pug that found herself in need of rescue when she wound up in the Moreno Valley Shelter. We saw her profile, and knew we needed to get her out! A cage is no place to live for a pugtato. She arrives Sunday 10/20 and we are excited to meet her! We discovered Tattie is blind in one eye, but that doesn’t stop her from living her best life!  Foster Update:  Tattie is a sweet, sassy girl. She loves cuddles, cozy dog beds, soft squeaky toys and naps. She wants to be part of all the family activities. She is thriving with our daily routine and takes cues from other dogs. She snores rather loud but has a quiet bark that she rarely uses. She can be pretty sporty in short bursts. She doesn’t love walks and will not go potty just because she’s outside (apartment life wouldn’t be a good fit). She needs time to explore the yard. She likes soft treats but isn’t very motivated by food. She can go up the stairs but can’t go down them (we’re working on that).   Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, and microchip with registration. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History:  This dog is arriving from San Bernadino via Wiggle Butts Transport on Sunday 10/20/2024. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Introducing this wild and SUPER fun girl, Coconut! She is a 2-year-old, 15lb Pug/Chihuahua mix who came from an overcrowded shelter in CA. Coconut is absolutely the BEST and a total ham! She is a blast to hang out with, and there is never a dull moment with her! If you are looking for a new fun, quirky, loving, and cuddly companion then she is your girl! Coconut loves to go on walks and explore with her person as well as be held and cuddle up in your arms. She would love a forever home that takes her out on daily adventures and lets her explore the world, while allowing her to also chill out on the sofa with them in the evening. She has been great with other dogs in our care and would be a wonderful additional dog to a home as she would love a doggy playmate. She would also be fine as an only dog if she had continued socialization. Coconut is going to make an AWESOME companion to whoever adopts her! She is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Not quite a velcro pug, Bentley will follow you everywhere and stay close. Hes always up for playing fetch with his small tennis ball (and brings it back to you!), going on walks, or laying next to you on the couch so you can pet his velvety soft fur and maybe get a tummy rub or two. Theres nothing complicated about Bentley, hes just a joy to be around. He likes big and small dogs, can sit on demand, is crate trained, loves ice cubes and frozen blackberries, and is 100% house broken - no marking or accidents. 100% POTTY TRAINED!!! Bentley is currently on a weightloss journey as hes in the husky section for boys. Hes the perfect pug bundle - the only thing missing is you!

Meet me, your new snuggle buddy, ready to fill your home with love! Im a smaller, sweet, and resilient pug with a heart full of affection, and I cant wait to find my forever family. My journey hasnt been easyI was hit by a car and ended up in a shelter during extreme heat with a broken leg. Thankfully, the wonderful team at Church of Pug rescued me, gave me the care I needed, and after orthopedic surgery, Im now thriving in my foster home. During my recovery, I was on crate rest for a month and behaved like a dream. While my leg has healed, I do have a slight limp, but dont let that fool youIm overflowing with love! Im also very gentle and get along great with people, other dogs, and even the grumpy old chihuahua in my foster home has warmed up to me. Cats? No problem! And Ive been tested with older kidsI absolutely adore them! Im also potty trained, as long as Im let out on a regular basis. No accidents for me, just love and snuggles! As a smaller pug, Im the perfect size for cuddling, and Im happiest when snuggled up with a human or furry friend. While I can manage alone time, I really need to have a buddy to hang out and cuddle with, so Id thrive in a home with another friendly dog. If youve got a sweet pup looking for a companion, Im your girl! Im calm, fantastic in the car, and learning to enjoy walks on a leash. So, if youre looking for a loving, gentle companion and the perfect Netflix binge-watching partner, Im the pug for you! Lets make each others lives a little cozier.

I may be an older lady, but the vet says Im in good health! They say I have got a strong heart, good vision and hearing, and certified lover girl. Really, he said that! I am working on my house training but no accidents as long as I go out every 3 hours or so right now. Hoping to improve those numbers with time.. I am living proof you can teach an old dog new tricks. I came from a home where they didnt really train me because they said I could get by on my good looks. I am working hard on it though and hope youll be patient and help me out. At least I dont have any bad habits? Your garden is safe from digging and I wont chew on your shoes! I am already really gentle and loving so I dont need any training on that kinda stuff. I just want to be with you 24/7, preferably your lap but Ill take a dog bed as backup if youre busy. I have many siblings so Im awesome with other dogs and getting along with my new foster siblings just fine. I am fine being left alone for longer periods of time because I have them with me. I also like kids and cats too!
