I am a seven year old pug looking for a soft landing. I was originally used as a breeding dog but after I could no longer have puppies I was sadly shuffled from home to home. I am a love able companion, I get along with dogs and cats. I love stuffy squeak toys and can be a little possessive of those. I love my humans and want to be near them all the time so someone home most of the time is required. I have low vision and dry eye which is very common in pugs. I will require prescription  eye drops life. I am currently on optimmune ointment.  Spayed, up to date on routine shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. Whitney is fostered in Mocksville, NC and her adoption fee is $300.00. Hi, I’m Zelda! I’m a loving little pug who unfortunately needs a new home. I am 5 years old and will be 6 this summer! I was born as a single pup and have been cared for since taken home. I was with my previous owner for five years but then given to my current owners. I enjoy chew sticks, cat toys (ha!), and exploring nature. I love, love, love snuggles and lap time. Oh, and dinner, of course. I am sassy and sleepy, but very loving and enjoy attention from anyone. I love kids and other animals.

Stella is an Old English bulldog from a reputable breeder. She has had impeccable health for her breed. She is still young at heart, and nimble, even at 9 years old. She loves nothing more than sleeping all day and leisurely walks. She is the best cuddler. She is great with people, though she is unpredictable around small children, hence why she needs a new home. She is also unpredictable with other dogs. She has one brother dog that she lived with, but they did have some scuffles from time to time. She needs to be an only-dog with no small children. Any home that meets that criteria would adore Stella for the sweetheart companion that she is.

Bodhi is ready for adoption. He’s a 2-1/2 year old, 50 lb. Boston/Pit Bull mix who is housebroken, neutered and UTD on vaccines. Bodhi was aggressive towards other dogs. He even attacked a dog. Bodhi went through an intensive four-week board and train program with a professional trainer. He has not had an aggressive episode since completing training. He receives periodic sustainment training, and has even made some dog friends at the training facility. Bodhi and his foster dad enjoy walks through downtown Fredericksburg where they encounter hundreds of people, dogs, motorcycles, and other loud things. Bodie loves going to Home Depot and his behavior has been perfect. Everyone who meets Bodhi loves him because he’s so handsome and sweet. He is a favorite among his trainers. Bodhi will thrive in a home where he is an only pet and has room to play. Bodhi enjoys being close to his humans and loves being petted. He knows the heel command, walks at his foster’s side, and rarely notices other dogs now. Since he’s a young dog with lots of energy, Bodhi would benefit from having a fenced yard. Bodhi is fostered in Stafford, VA. Cy is ready to find his home. He’s a beautiful 1-1/2 y/o, 37 pound brindle boy. He’s a one-eyed pup; lost it in an accident. Cy is healthy, neutered, house trained and UTD on necessary vaccines. Cy still has a ton of puppy energy. Due to that and his size, although fine with kids, it is not recommended he be with smaller children due to his rough play. He is definitely an alpha, so best as the only dog in the home. No cats due to his strong prey drive, and thus a fenced yard is a must because he will chase anything that moves. Despite his high energy, Cy walks well on a leash, enjoys play with his toys, loves his humans and will snuggle under the covers at night with them. His perfect home is one where he is the only dog, a fenced yard that he can play in and two high-quality meals a day…and snacks! Cy is located in Kearneysville, WV.
