Max is 9 years old. Very energetic and fun loving. He is a good boy. Looking to rehome him ASAP. He is amazing with kids, but other animals he is not good around. A single pet home is what he needs with a big backyard. He enjoys walks.

Story
Meet Big Bob! 8–9 years old, 19lb, Pug MixBig Bob is a mellow, sweet soul looking for a soft place to land in his golden years. This lovable pug mix may be nearly blind and deaf, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying life’s greatest pleasures—mealtime and naptime!Despite his special needs, Big Bob navigates his world with impressive confidence. He knows when it’s time to eat and will make his way to you with surprising determination. Once he's had his fill, he’ll happily curl up in his favorite cozy spot for a long snooze.Bob is house trained as long as he’s taken outside on a regular schedule. While he doesn’t walk on a leash or have formal leash manners, he can be crated during the workday (though he might bark a little before settling in). He gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats, and would be fine in an apartment setting—as long as his person is patient, gentle, and understands his physical limitations. Due to his hip dysplasia and arthritis, he takes regular medication to stay comfortable.Big Bob’s ideal home is quiet and loving, with someone who can appreciate the beauty of a low-key companion and understands the needs of a senior dog. He doesn’t ask for much—just a full belly, a comfy bed, and someone to love him as much as he’ll love them.Favorite things: Mealtime Napping Being near his peopleIf you’re looking for a calm, gentle friend to share your days with, Big Bob might just be your perfect match.Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200.
