Story
Contact my foster parent at: catwilhelf@gmail.com- Cat friendly, somewhat scared of them in fact. Warming up to my senior who has no teeth after 1 day.- Scared of dogs so far, but I suspect would do amazing with a friend doggie at home with him. No aggression at all- truly just tries to run away when there is another dog trying to play. He was scared of a smaller female pomeranian dog who herself is a bit skittish anyway. I suspect he will warm up like he did to my kitties! He was also scared of a small poodle breed female dog.- Has not barked at all since arriving! Only whines a little sometimes when he wants pets.- Has not been very treat motivated though I may not have found a treat he likes yet- Kid friendly- was pet gently by a 3 year old many times and licked him, played football in the yard with a 12 and 8 year old who also sat in the grass with him.- Had huge crowd over to the house- it was loud with a lot going on- and he was content to sit in anyone`s lap throughout the day who would have him.- Loves people! May need a warm up pet first but then he is sold. Loves to gently stand up and rest his paws on your legs asking for pets.- Seems housetrained though did mark when a female dog came over. He is getting neutered 3/4/2025 so suspect this will help.- Happy and smiley boy! A little nervous but going to do SO well as he builds confidence.- Fine in crate- whined a little the first day when we left, but otherwise has been happy there. He will go in and lay there with the door open on his own too. He has shared his kennel nicely with my kitty who likes to sleep in there too sometimes.- Is a little nervous on the leash, so walks may not be necessary as he happily takes himself into my yard and will go potty there without issue. I suspect with practice and repetition it will help with any of this nervousness and ultimately would be a great skill for him to work on! He will walk currently just with frequent stops if he hears a noise he is worried about.- All around lovely doggie who will be a wonderful companion for someone! He should already be adopted!

Story
Sugar is around 6 years old as of September, 2024 and weighs around 45 pounds. She honestly looks like an oversized Puggle. She is house/crate trained, loves baths and walks. She also likes to snuggle under the covers with her person at night. She gets along great with other dogs here at the rescue but has never been around cats. Sugar also sits on command and can catch a treat in the air and also loves toys. She was not a fan of the grandkids in her previous home. She didn't have nippy issues but growled when they came around. With adults, she is sweet as pie and would make a great companion for someone without children in and out. She can be a little timid on first meeting but warms right up. Sugar is spayed, microchipped and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
