Minnie may be quiet as a mouse, but don't let that fool you - she's got a big personality with lots of love to give. When not playing with a ball or running around outside, Minnie loves to play with her squeaky tiger and a simple cardboard box. She also treasures her chew bone, which she will bury in her bed for when she wants a snack later.
Minnie is a social butterfly who loves all people - especially kids! - and absolutely thrives on attention in all forms. And she loves to play with other dogs, particularly when they are her size! She's also a great companion to take to an outdoor patio, where she's happy to keep herself entertained by people-watching.
Once her zoomies are out, Minnie loves to snuggle up on the couch. In fact, she can be the perfect little mini couch potato, especially when belly rubs are on the horizon.
Minnie is just waiting for her forever human, who she will love with absolute devotion! She already knows the word "sit and can't wait for the new tricks her forever home will help her learn.

City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is a foster-based rescue in Washington, DC. We do not have a shelter. CDCK has a thorough adoption process to find the best possible fit for each of our dogs and cats (we do not operate under a first-come, first-served model).
Upon accepting a new cat or dog into the organization, we provide a basic vet visit that includes necessary vaccinations, disease screenings, deworming, microchips, and spay/neuter for dogs six months and older. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us.
Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis.
Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained.
