Story
If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website, for details about our fees and process, and to complete our Adoption Application.   ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis.  We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.  Louie was found roaming around, name on his chip was contacted many times and never responded, so we think he was dumped unfortunately. He's a sweet boy, Estimated around 1 year old, good with kids, cats, and dogs! He is on a joint supplement, and we have some stairs for potential adopter as he'd prefer to sleep in bed with you, as a tripod struggles to jump that high!If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please complete the online Adoption Application.  If you would like to donate to this pet's care, please click here. Story
Daisy is a very sweet, playful, happy, two-year-old, 15 pound, pug/Chihuahua mix. Daisy is crate and house trained. Daisy enjoys going for walks and playing with other dogs. Daisy was surrendered to PFP when her owner no longer had time for her. Daisy would love to have a home with another dog and a fenced in yard to play in.

Story
Big Mama came to us during a large hoarding case, where we took in 20+ animals. We called her Big Mama, as it was thought she was pregnant, and fed her as such. Turns out, she was NOT pregnant, and had to lose some weight. Over time she has been on a low calorie (supplemented with green beans) diet, exercise, and has lost a lot of weight! She is a stout, friendly, happy girl. She loves everyone, toys, walks, and being next to you. She also loves her crate! Is housetrained when she is able to go out often. Owners would have to stick to her diet and exercise to make her most comfortable.

Story
BamBam is an approximately 3-year old, 70 lb goofy, loveable dog. Our best guess is an English Bulldog/mastiff mix. He recently completed 2 weeks of board and train, where he excelled. He is a VERY smart dog, and our trainer calls him a "one event" learner. He is incredibly cuddly and sweet, and LOVES to play with toys. He knows a number of commands. He currently lives with a 140 lb mastiff but would likely be happiest as an only dog. He has not been tested with cats. He is overall a very sweet boy who enjoys life indoors. BamBam is both crate and potty trained. BamBam is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, dewormed, and on flea prevention. His adoption fee is $300.

Story
I sure am cute, but I’m a ball of energy and natural instincts! I need to get my energy out and will want to play, cuddle, scratch, and dig. Puppies will naturally jump, wrestle, and want to put things in their mouth. But if you stick with me, we’ll be best friends forever! What you put into me is what you`ll get out!
