Story
We have had both Clarke and Lois (brother and sister) for about 5 years. Clarke loves people and to be scratched. Of the two, he is the one who most likely follows me around the house. He prefers being inside... we let them in our back yard but he often wants to immediately come back inside. He can be a little territorial in certain situations, but once he warms to someone, he is a pushover. Lois and Clarke never really got along with each other; they occasionally fight because they are not good at sharing, though that has gotten better over the years. When we take them to be boarded, we always get positive reviews and generally it seems like he gets along OK with other dogs once he is used to them. He is good with our kids. Overall though, they would probably be happier in separate homes, though other pets might be OK after some adjustment. In general, we are looking for a new home because our new young one is allergic to dogs.

We have had both Lois and Clarke (brother and sister) for about 5 years. Lois loves people and to be scratched, but she is shy at first. She likes hanging outside and checking out the neighborhood. She can be a little shy and uncertain of people at first, but once she warms to someone, she is very friendly. Rudy is a 1.5 year old, 45lb terrier/pug mix looking for his new home! He loves to walk around investigating the grounds and rolling around in the grass. He has great form with summersaults too. Rudy is a nervous dog who will need a less busy home with plenty of patience. We think it would be best for him to have a home with 1-2 people. We would love to find someone with experience with nervous dogs. He needs consistency and routines so he can comfortably expect what is coming. Once Rudy starts to feel safe, he will ready to give all his love! He is always rolling over for belly rubs from staff or giving a hug. This sweet guy just needs a safe place to land.

Say hello to our friend Minnie! She is a precious senior pug who needs a comfy retirement home! She's approximately 10.5 years old and weighs just under 23 pounds.Minnie's previous owners went into assisted living, she is now with us looking for a new home! This girl was taken great care of, and we plan to find her the very best home.Minnie is up to date on vaccinations and testing and scheduled to have a dental done at the end of November. She is super social and does great with people, she will run over to greet you! She does fine with other small dogs as well, we have yet to introduce her to any large dogs. Goodness, what can we say? Maple is indeed adorable! She is a 7 year old, 22 pound, Pug with a friendly disposition! She is gentle and sweet with everyone she meets - her specialty is showering new friends with kisses :) She's very energetic and full of curiosity. She loves to explore every nook and cranny of her foster home! She sticks by her foster mom's side, always ready to be a darling helper. Maple is working on all her basic training. She settles in her crate once she's in it, and she's working on going potty outside. She has the cutest face and a lovely temperament to match! She'll be a delightful addition to any home that where she will get lots of love from her people! Let us know if you'd like to meet miss Maple! Maple's adoption fee is $600
