Meet Tilly, one of the cutest little fur balls you will ever meet. Tilly came to Southpaw through a friend of ours who saw him starving on the side of the road. She quickly pulled over, just to have Tilly run into the street and almost get hit by a school bus. Luckly, at the last minute, he turned around and ran into her arms. At the time, Tilly's ribs and entire spine were extremely visible. He was starving. But that is the past. With good food and plenty of love, Tilly is thriving in rescue. He is playful and sweet. He absolutely loves to cuddle. He is great with all people and dogs. He walks well on a leash but may need a bit of training to not pull so much. He is so excited for adventure. Tilly is looking for a forever home which can shower him with tons of love and affection. He likes to sit on his foster mom's lap and will let you carry him around like a baby. He likes to cuddle and watch TV and sleep near you. Tilly is set to get neutered, vaccinated and microchipped this week. If you are looking for a fun little dog who you can shower all your love and affection on, Tilly is your guy!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet our boy Louie!    Yep, another Pug. &#226&#152&#186&#239&#184&#143 Our friends at REDFOSA asked if we could take him in. His right eye was in bad shape, causing him pain. We couldn't say no to him.   We picked him up and took him right to our Vet. She found that not only was his eye severely damaged, but he had teeth showing their roots. He was also a bit bruised on his left side and knuckling.   We can't say for certain what happened to our Louie to cause his injuries, but we can share he is mending well! He did have to have his eye removed. He also had 6 teeth removed. We are happy to share his left side is improving, indicating the knuckling may have been due to a trauma.    Our Vet aged Louie as a 6 year old. He is a typical happy, loving Pug. He gets along great with other dogs. He uses a doggy door.
