I have had her since she was weeks old. She is s Pomsky and is 9. She is healthy. Has her vaccines and is a house dogs. She loves the dog park and is always the fastest dog there. She has lived with her blood brother all her life, a male Pomsky. Fortunately, someone had adopted him People love to stare at her because she is so cute and haven't seen many mini Huskies. She is great with kids, take a preventive monthly, and love to be pet by family and strangers...super friendly dog. Zora barks at dogs when they come by just to say hello. She very playful and howls to tell you something. She lays across the stairs to get pet before you walk up. She's super sweet. Very kind yet rambunctious doggy.

'Courtesy' Sweet and loving Husky boy, affectionately referred to as Dimitri is looking for a forever home. This big boy is under one years old and is very energetic and loving. He is currently in a home with a small child and has been observed to do great with the child and other dogs. Dimitri has a calm demeanor indoors with people, but requires lots of stimulation and physical activity as per his breed’s requirements and age. He will do great in a pack, and/or with physically active owner(s). He has not yet been crate trained, and may need to be observed alone as he has been both great alone indoors and at times troublesome. This is all dependent on his mental stimulation and physical activity. It is recommended for first time Husky owners to research the breed as they are very special dogs. Highly intelligent and stubborn but one of the most incredible breeds. Dimitri should be adopted into a family that will nurture him, provide him with a yard and a doggy bed indoors to avoid the Florida heat that can be detrimental on the Husky breed. Dimitri is a chaser so families with cats must be cautious. He is young enough to train and redirect but he will pursue a cat and small animals and insects. It is recommended to ease him in and to dedicate the time needed to redirect that behavior. He does love to play fetch and will fetch balls, sticks and even frisbees. He enjoys running and playing and will adjust well with any dog breed. Because of his size and age it would be best that he be mixed with medium and larger sized dogs to avoid any rough play accidents. He is a useless guard dog (haha) and will only seldomly howl and he will “Husky talk” to you often. Currently Dimitri is unaltered but will be neutered prior to adoption.   November 5, 2024, 4:31 pm

For such a petite girl, Maggie Rose sure has a big, adorable personality that makes us all smile. She is quite the character, and is vivacious, fun, and silly. This little beauty is sweet and friendly, and loves to hang out with people, receive gentle affection, belly rubs, and play silly hand games. It’s truly a joy spending time with her.             Maggie Rose is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix, about 13 years old and 6 pounds. She has been at the rescue for 3 1/2 years. She was part of a bonded pair with her dear sister Emma Rose, who passed away recently. These resilient girls came to us after suffering horrible neglect, but responded beautifully to all the love and care they received at the rescue.              Maggie Rose is a happy, spirited lady, who would love to share her life with a kind, compassionate, gentle person. She suffered prior trauma to her lower back, which makes it difficult for her to walk much of a distance, but she does get around. She does not enjoy being on a leash, and all she needs is a little outdoor, safe spot to get sunshine and fresh air a few times a day. Maggie Rose gets along with other nice, gentle dogs, but she would be fine as the only dog in her new home.  She receives eye drops for dry eye, and is not on any other medication. They may not be Shih Tzus, but Doris and Gracie are just as cuddly, sweet, and adorable as any little Shih Tzu girls we’ve known. These happy, spirited little girls are wonderful, friendly, affectionate cuties, who have been passed on for our Shih Tzus for almost 2 years. Doris and Gracie will spend endless time loving you, giving little kisses, and snuggling in your lap. They are easy going, get along beautifully, and also get along well with other nice, little dogs. They have silly, playful sides, and enjoy belly rubs. Being with them is absolutely heavenly.             Doris and Gracie are Pomeranians. Doris is the darker color, about 6 years old and 8 pounds. Gracie is the lighter color, about 3 1/2 years old and 6 pounds.
