Story
Meet Frankie – The Fun-Loving Shepherd Husky Mix Frankie is a 10-month-old Shepherd Husky mix with a heart as big as his playful personality! This sweet boy looks like a little coyote with his lean build and soulful puppy eyes that will melt your heart. Frankie’s journey began in the Fresno area, where he was surrendered after his homeless owner could no longer care for him. Despite his rough start, Frankie is thriving in foster care and ready to find a forever home that matches his zest for life. Why Frankie Will Steal Your Heart Playful and Happy: Frankie is full of puppy energy and always ready to play. Whether it’s with dogs, kids, or toys, he’s the life of the party. Adventurous Spirit: He’d be a fantastic jogging or hiking buddy for an active family that loves the outdoors. Friendly and Social: Frankie loves everyone he meets, including other dogs and children. He’s also tested OK with cats, but any feline friends would need to be very tolerant of his playful nature. Compact Yet Mighty: At 48 pounds, he’s lean and lanky but may gain another 5–10 pounds as he fills out. What Frankie Needs in a Forever Home Commitment to Training: Frankie is eager to learn and would thrive with a family dedicated to teaching him basic manners and structure. He’s still learning personal space and could use guidance to channel his enthusiasm. Active Lifestyle: An ideal home would keep Frankie busy with regular exercise, whether it’s daily runs, long hikes, or trips to the dog park. Love and Patience: Frankie has so much love to give, but he’s still a puppy at heart. He needs a family ready to embrace his goofy, energetic side while helping him grow into a well-mannered adult. Space to Roam: A home with a yard where Frankie can stretch his legs and explore would be perfect for him. Progress in Foster Care: House and Crate Training: Frankie is making great progress with both and is eager to please his humans. Healthy and Thriving: While he’s slightly underweight now, with the right care and nutrition, he’ll be at his ideal weight in no time. Frankie is a sweet, happy, and loving pup who just needs a little direction to reach his full potential. If you’re looking for an active, affectionate adventure buddy with a heart of gold, Frankie could be your perfect match! Could you be the one to give him the forever family he deserves? Story
Meet Ripple – The Cutest Little Fluffball! Ripple is an absolutely adorable, tiny 2-pound pup with the softest black and white coat. At just seven weeks old, he’s full of personality and charm! He will be ready for his forever home in about a month, and we’re looking for the perfect family to give him the love and care he deserves. Since Ripple is still an infant, he needs a home that understands the lifelong commitment of raising a puppy. His ideal adopter will: - Have the time and resources for training, socialization, and grooming. - Be home regularly (no more than four consecutive hours away). - Have a secure backyard for him to explore and play. - Ideally have another dog to help teach him the ropes and boost his confidence. Despite his tiny size, Ripple has a big, spunky personality! He’s sweet, funny, and full of energy. He and his siblings were found abandoned in a cardboard box behind a dumpster in Fresno, but now he’s thriving in foster care. We estimate that Ripple will grow to around 6–10 pounds full-grown, though that’s just our best guess. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this precious pup, reach out to meet him! Story
Meet Bear-A Tiny Pup with a Big Personality! Five-year-old Bear is a handsome, scruffy little guy with a big heart and a bit of spice! He came to us as an owner surrender alongside his buddy Benny after their family, who had been struggling for a long time, could no longer care for themselves or their dogs. Though it was a heartbreaking decision, they wanted Bear to have the stable, loving home he deserves. Weighing just 8 pounds, Bear is likely a mix of Pomeranian, Chihuahua, and Poodle though his scruffy, curly coat does shed. He's got a spunky personality and would love to be the center of attention as an only dog, soaking up all the love and affection. However, he is currently in a foster home with multiple dogs and is slowly learning to coexist and even play with them. Bear thrives in an adult home where he can feel safe and adored, as too much commotion or young children may stress him out. His favorite things? Cuddling with his people, sunbathing, and going on walks. With a little patience and love, Bear is sure to blossom into the most loyal and affectionate companion. Are you looking for a small dog with a big personality? Bear is ready to find his perfect match! To begin the adoption process, please submit an application using the link below.
