Story
NAME: Betty White
BREED: Pom-Chi (Pomeranian/Chihuahua cross)
AGE: approx. 9-10 years young
WEIGHT: 7 pounds
LIKES: Betty White loves a comfy place to sleep, cuddles with her people, and food! She has no teeth but she can still eat soft kibble with no problem. She loves all kinds of treats but they must be small enough for her to swallow without choking since she can't chew them up.
DISLIKES: Being crated!
POTTY TRAINING STATUS: She has used potty pads but has also missed them. She will likely potty train if taken out on a frequent schedule. She has some years on her and can't hold her bladder as long as a much younger dog. She wears doggy diapers with no problem, when needed.
CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Betty hates the crate and will bark the whole time she is inside. She likely has never been crated in her life. She doesn't cause any mischief if left free to roam, aside from the potty training needs she has.
PERSONALITY TRAITS: Betty is a sweet little old lady with LOTS of pep in her step! She spends most of her day napping but when she wakes up she prances like a princess! She isn't deaf or blind - especially when she hears kibble in a bowl or sees you prepping food. She loves to snuggle up in your lap, though can be just as content sleeping beside you or in a dog bed across the room. She gets along great with cats - completely ignores them.
EXTRAS/MISC.: Betty is SOOO sweet and is perfectly happy to be where her person/people are. She's got a young soul and lots of love to give.

Distemper/Parvo boosters, and rabies shot, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery are included with the adoption fee. You will also receive a PetSmart puppy packet with hundreds of dollars of savings, a FREE bag of food, 30 minute private training session with a certified dog trainer, and a free checkup at Banfield.
Potential adopters must live within 30 miles of Eugene, Oregon. If you live outside the 30 mile radius, still send us an email, as we will can make exceptions if the circumstances are optimal for the dog or puppy.
