Story
Pixie is a smart and loving Pomeranian. She plays hard but constantly bugs our rescue Suni so that Suni has to hide from her. Suni and Trixie are both rescues and having a hard time with a very active puppy. Pixie is 9mo and is just too busy for our older rescues and myself. My health does not allow me to keep up with her anymore, she needs a home with a younger person or family. She can be quite vocal at times but she is a good dog, just needs a better life than i can give her. Paid $1500 for her and just trying to get some of that back.

Story
Sarabi is a 3-year-old, 12 lb. Pomeranian. Sarabi is a striking little lady who always turns heads! She is happiest when she is around her person or foster family and wants nothing more than to be the center of your world. She gets along well with her foster dog siblings and likes to play with them in her yard. She is an easy-going playmate and likes to have fun. Because of her breed, Sarabi will need extra attention when it comes to grooming, but she doesn't mind! She loves to be pampered. Sarabi is a total lap dog and takes cuddle time very seriously. She would make an excellent snuggle buddy during the cold winter months! Sarabi is blind in one eye but doesn't let that get in her way. She is working on her potty training and is crate-trained. She can't wait to find her forever family and shower them with love! Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. To ensure a smooth process, please submit a completed application through our website at: http://crisisdogsnc.org/dog-adoption/. Story
Trinket is an 8 month old, 6.5 lb, Pomeranian/Maltese Mix. Sweet little Trinket will absolutely melt any heart! She is as sweet as can be, and if you are looking for the ultimate side-kick, she would love to apply for the job! Trinket is very timid and shy at first and would love to find a forever family or person who can go slow with her. When she comes out of her shell, she is truly the most loving and cuddly little lady. She loves snuggling up to her foster mom and has really started blossoming in her foster home and starting to show her playful side! Because she attaches to her humans so deeply, she will need a family who is home more often than not as she gets sad when left alone too long. She is learning to explore the great outdoors and has been doing well sniffing around her fenced backyard. Soon she hopes to go on walks when she is a little more confident! Trinket is doing well with potty-training, leash-training, and crate-training and is improving every day! Trinket also likes playing dress up, so she hopes her new home will have lots of fun clothes to try on! This sweet girl can't wait to find a calm, loving, and patient home very soon where she can grow up and feel loved! Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. Story
Todd is a 5 month old, 6 lb. Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix. Sweet little Todd is a dream puppy! This boy has never met a stranger and is very affectionate with his foster family. He loves playing with the doggie siblings in his foster home and enjoys his big backyard where he can run and chase toys. Although, the best part is running back to his foster mom for lots of pets and praise! Todd is very smart and while he is crate-trained, he's already learned how to open the latch from the inside. This boy would clearly do well with puzzle toys and other enrichment to stimulate his active brain. He can be left alone without a crate and he has almost mastered potty training and leash training too. He is an easy-going little guy who loves being near his person and getting in as many pets as possible. If you have a warm lap open and have fallen in love with Todd, apply to meet him today! Story
Hi, I’m Taeri! I’m a 1-year-old male Pomsky (a mix of Pomeranian and Siberian Husky), weighing in at 11 kg (24 lbs). I may have the looks of a Husky, but I’m small in size and fully grown, making me the perfect bundle of fluff and charm. I was raised by humans in the past, so I absolutely adore people. Whether you’re a familiar face or someone I just met, I’ll happily trot up to say hello. I’m also great at making friends with other dogs—playdates are my favorite! I’m full of energy and love to play, so a home where I can run around in a yard or enjoy plenty of park time would make me very happy. While I’m a smart pup who’s already mastered “sit” and “paw,” I do have a bit of a stubborn streak on walks—I like to follow my nose wherever it takes me! But don’t worry, I’m in training and picking things up quickly. My eagerness to learn (and love for tasty treats) means I’ll soon be a pro. I have no trouble riding in cars or taking baths, and I prefer to avoid conflict when playing with other dogs. If a friend tries to pick a fight, I’ll simply walk away with my usual cool-headed charm. Sometimes, I get a little too excited when I see people or other pups far away and may bark, but it’s only because I want to join the fun. Oh, and I also have the Husky’s signature howling voice—it’s adorable, trust me! Since I’m still young, I’d do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. I thrive on companionship and may get a little anxious if left alone for too long. With my playful personality, loving nature, and one-of-a-kind charm, I’ll be the happiest little addition to your family. Are you ready to be my forever playmate and best friend? Let’s meet soon—I can’t wait to steal your heart! 🐾 To see more videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D946tKYX7-0&list=PLyEuMiuW6Ww4BHTOmA5UcUCNPcReXjx7I

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Pixie – A Sweet, Shy Girl Looking for a Loving Home! Pixie is an 9-year-old Pomeranian who came to us after her owner went into hospice and was unable to care for her. Due to her owner's dementia, Pixie was neglected for a while, and when she arrived, she was matted and unsure of her new surroundings. But now, she’s been shaved, is up-to-date on her shots, and is ready to find a forever family who will show her the love and care she deserves! Pixie is a timid and shy girl and she’ll need some time to adjust to new people and places. She’s looking for a quiet, patient home where she can build trust and feel safe. Pixie does have a history of biting, so she needs a family with no other pets or small children.   Pixie is spayed and ready to find her new family. Important Details: For adopters, please note we do not transport our dogs, Pixie is only available for a local (Raleigh, NC area) adoption. Pixie is not potty trained yet.
