Meet Romeo! Romeo is a 5-year-old Pomeranian weighing in at 6-7 pounds of pure love! This affectionate little guy adores snuggling and cuddling with his humans. He’s incredibly friendly and social. Romeo also does well with other dogs and cats too! He’d be happy to have a furry sibling! Romeo is learning to do his potty business outside and is making progress with positive reinforcement. He does fine on a leash and is continuing to improve with practice. Despite being new to his environment, Romeo has shown he’s a great sleeper—he sleeps quietly through the night in his crate! If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, and loyal pup who will love to be by your side, Romeo could be your perfect match. Apply today to meet this charming little fluffball!

Story
Cash is a 10 month old tri-colored Pomeranian. Cash has been loved in his short life, but has lost his home due to economic issues. He’s a happy, lively little fellow, weighing around 12 lbs. Cash loves everyone and is good with other dogs. He rides quietly in a car, walks on a leash, and is eager to learn. The ideal home for Cash would be someone who has the time to give him the affection and attention he deserves. And he would enjoy another small companion dog to play with. Cash is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested ****** for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.

Story
DOB 8-14-2024 Kelly is adorable, sweet and social. She loves to play, gets along with the others and likes her toys. Kelly's adoption fee is 850.00 and her transport fee is 165.00. Kelly is up to date on all medical for her age and will come with a complete set of paperwork. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
Meet Rabbit.... What a Tiny girl.... We heard this sweet girl was sold to 2 different pet stores and both stores rejected her. When she was younger, she had alot of hair loss and was pretty malnourished as a pup. Her look was definitely " off " to some. The mill took the time to get her healthier along with hair growth. One Paw covered the expensive's for this and she now was ready to come in on transport. Rabbit is very tiny. She is a 4.5 month old female Pomeranian / Toy / Mini Poodle. She is 3/4 poodle and only 1/4 Pomeranian. We actually don't see any Pomeranian in her at all. She looks like a straight toy poodle. I would consider her fully hypoallergenic. Her current weight is around 3 pounds, we estimate her full growth weight to be around 10 pounds. She has a very tight curl. Rabbit still needs to gain some weight, we are feeding her 3x a day with wet food. She is very sweet, loves to be held, she basically loves everyone she meets, including dogs. We will not place her in a home with young kids or large dogs in the home. Using a wee wee pad and the outdoors for potty training. Being fostered in Butler NJ. Send an email to Onepawatatimerescue@gmail.com and request an application ** Thats the only way to get an application Adoption fee $950 We adopt in the Tri State Area ONLY NY, NJ, PA, CT, DE, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT
