Story
Archie Bear is a one-of-a kind dog. He is one of the smartest dogs you will meet and will pick up on any training you’d like to do quickly! He is full of energy, and he doesn’t like to rest until bedtime! He has an obsession with chewing on dog toys and long-lasting treats. Got a toy you’d like to turn to fluff? He can destroy any toy in the first 30 minutes. Archie Bear would do best in a quiet household with a loving person who is home often. He has high anxiety around younger kiddos, but could do well around older ones. He LOVES to be outside and going on walks... be warned though… he loves squirrels! He is kennel trained, and mostly potty trained, with some accidents when he is excited to greet a human! He truly is the best and he is looking for his relaxed living place! Adoption fee is $350 plus tax. Apply at www. CampCompanion.org

Story
Bonded pair. Fence required. Cora and her son Scooby are a resilient, semi-feral duo with a bond that’s unbreakable. Rescued from a shelter in Wisconsin just before it closed, they’ve had very little human interaction over the years, making their journey to trust a slow and delicate process. Living now in a foster home, they are learning to navigate their newfound world with cautious curiosity. While they do live with other dogs and cats, Cora can be a little bossy at first when meeting new dogs. She takes her time assessing new situations, especially when it comes to the other animals in the house, but once she feels comfortable, she settles into the routine. Scooby is usually more laid-back, following Cora’s lead but always in his own quiet way. Cora is a protective and nurturing mom, always looking out for Scooby. The pair are a little skittish, but they’ve made strides—occasionally hopping into bed or joining us on the couch, though always staying just out of reach. They show their affection in their own quiet way, happy to see us when we come home, and they eagerly accept treats from our hand, a sign of the trust they’re building. Cora and Scooby are a work in progress, taking their time to adjust and embrace the love and comfort of a home. Though they may not yet be ready for full human interaction, their journey of trust and growth is a beautiful thing to witness. With patience and understanding, they continue to evolve, each day a little more open to the world around them. Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee for both dogs together as a bonded pair is $350 plus tax.

Story
Meet Priscilla! Who is looking for a beautiful fluffball? Look at her baby-blue eyes! Priscilla is a 6-year-old retired breeder Pomski who weighs 13 lbs. This gorgeous girl is very shy but has a gentle heart and so much love to give. She enjoys sitting on the couch with her humans and prefers to stay in the same room as them, gradually working on her socialization skills. Personality & Temperament: Priscilla is a timid but sweet pup. She is not aggressive at all; in fact, she will cower when approached but allows people to pick her up. She is friendly with other dogs, though her behavior around cats is unknown. With time, patience, and love, she will continue to build her confidence. Training & Behavior: Priscilla is still working on potty training and, due to her shyness, is not yet leash-trained. Because of this, she will need a fenced-in backyard where she can feel safe while she gains confidence. She easily goes in and out of the house. Health & Care: Priscilla is a beautiful Pomski with striking blue eyes and a soft coat that requires regular grooming. She is in good health and is looking for a home where she can feel secure and loved. Ideal Home: Priscilla would thrive in a patient and understanding home that can provide her with the time she needs to adjust. A secure, fenced-in backyard is a must, and she would do well with a family or individual who can help her continue to socialize and grow. Adoption Info: If you're looking for a sweet, gentle companion, Priscilla might be the perfect match! If you're interested in meeting her, please contact www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee is $350 plus tax. Let's find Priscilla the loving home she deserves! Priscilla is getting spayed on Tuesday March 11 and can be adopted the following weekend. She really is a beauty.
