Story
If you’re looking for a dog to be your companion, Manny is a dancing, prancing little bundle of happiness and personality! He loves to chase balls, and he’ll even fetch for a while. He’d be an ideal companion for an outdoors-lover and could definitely excel in a multi-dog household.. Walks are great but Manny needs a yard where he can run around, ideally with a dog and a human playmate. Manny has spent many months in the company of a wide variety of dogs and is a favorite companion and playmate. The friendship continues inside when everyone relaxes and Manny grooms other dogs like he’s a cat. That’s Manny, a unique personality! Although Manny is fed in a crate and will often seek out his open crate to relax in, he’s had free-rein on the main level in his foster house. Not only is his house-training solid but he doesn’t destroy things that are not his; he owns many toys and chewables that he enjoys gnawing on. However, as with any dog in an unfamiliar home, Manny should be monitored carefully to be sure he has retained those in-home skills. Manny does seem to think he’s human sometimes and loves to balance and walk on his rear legs. He would benefit greatly from continued training on basic commands like come, sit and stay. Manny is very smart and gentle voice correction or redirection is very useful for him to learn your expectations. He’s also a very affectionate little dog with people and loves to cuddle with you. Grooming is a breeze with Manny’s short and sleek coat which only requires at-home brushing and washing. If you prefer less shedding inside your home, just increase coat brushing. Initially, his breed was anyone's guess, but the foster graciously donated a DNA breed kit to use for him. The results: 50.1% pom, 37.2% Russell-type Terrier, and 12.7% Supermutt. If you would treasure this loving young dog and can commit to providing a forever-home where his health and happiness are priorities, please complete an application for Manny! Kahl the paw salute expert! Kahl is estimated between 3-5 years old. His original owner states that he is friendly to all and a very playful pup, good with kids, cats and dogs. In our care Kahl greets everyone with a tail wag, and demands pets by raising his paw and placing it on the foster's hand :) Kahl may be small in size (20lbs but can lose a few) but he has a great personality. He's wasn't neutered early enough by his owner so he'll take a minute to learn house training manners. To apply to meet Kahl, please fill out our non-binding application located here: https://bit.ly/4d7XoKd make sure to read page one in its entirety. Story
This is an absolute high quality pomeranian 2 months old. We got her from a breed proven pet store. She is potty trained; very friendly with dogs but our first dog is super jealous so he wouldn’t let him move around. This pom was still friendly, playful, smart - ideal dog for any kinds of household. The adoption fee is about the half price we paid. You’ll see that she is worth every penny. We would love to find a loving family for this baby since we’ve decided we can’t have the second dog with our current dog’s temper.

Story
❗Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Meet Sunny with a story of miracles👋 Sunny was found on a street in South Korea at one year old in 2018 and taken to a high-risk shelter, but she was already in serious condition presumably caused by a car accident. Her pelvis was fractured, and her right hind leg bone was broken into pieces. She was saved from euthanasia by the rescue team and hospitalized for months (Jun-Sep 2018) due to the surgery and recovery. She was miraculously given a new life thanks to the rescue. That same year, after a few months of foster period, Sunny found a forever home, which was another miracle we thought of back then. Five years later, however, the rescue team got an unknown phone call requesting to change Sunny's ownership. Long story short, her family decided to give up on her after years, sent her to a pet shop, and paid them, all this without discussing it with the rescue team. This pet shop basically receives pets from owners and in turn, sells them out, and to do so with Sunny, they needed to have Sunny's ownership switched from the rescue team to the pet shop so they contacted the rescue team, and that’s how the rescue team learned Sunny's situation. Eventually, Sunny was able to safely return to her original rescue team, which is another miracle in her story. Despite all these setbacks, Sunny's sweet nature and zest for life shine bright. She needs one true chance to find her real forever family that loves her unconditionally. Recently, she has been moved to her foster home with two other dogs. Sunny is eagerly waiting for her own home now! • Personality: Sweet, Playful, Sociable Sunny thrives on love and affection and gets along with all people and furry friends, making her the perfect companion for anyone seeking a lovely and affectionate fur buddy. She is such a cuddle bug! She likes snuggly cushions and blankets. • Affinity with - Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs regardless of the size - Cats: Okay with street cats. She sometimes tries to chase kittens, but she stops when told. - Adults/Kids: Good with adults, especially elders including men / Okay with kids - not much interest in them. 💫She will be a perfect fit for most types of families! • Housetrained: fully housebroken, okay with both pee-pads and outdoors. • Walking Manners: very good • Separation Anxiety: None • Bathing/Brushing: very good • Barks/Howls: she barks when excited or when she wants something. • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Car Rides: very good • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies • Health Issues: Due to the serious injuries that she got from an accident right before rescue, her pelvis is not perfectly placed (incomplete union of iliac) even after she had surgery immediately after being rescued. However, currently, she doesn’t show signs of pain when walking or running. If you have an open heart and a loving home for Sunny, please don't hesitate to apply!

Story
Ashley & Toby are a dynamic duo looking for love together in a forever home. These two are pups are guaranteed to keep your lap warm this fall! These two sweet peas act like an old married couple! Ashley is always ready to sit on someone's lap and get tummy rubs! She's INSANELY fluffy and loves attention and all humans! She loves her treats (as you can probably tell by her chonkey frame) and she's always ready to run up to you with the funniest most loving smile! Toby is a little bit more cautious around new people, but if there's one thing, he knows it's that he loves his wife, Ashley ! Toby loves to sit on everyone's lap and get gentle pets! Toby is 15 pounds of pure snuggly Chihuahua! Both Toby and Ashley are housetrained, crate, trained, and they get along well with smaller dogs and gentle bigger dogs. Toby and Ashley are such easy-going, loving house, pets, who just can't wait to find their forever home! *Please note that the first step is to fill out an application (It does not commit you in anyway but allows us to discuss with you if you and the dog are a good fit). In addition, an important step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies ) , spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Both are spayed/ neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. The adoption fee for each of these dogs is $250 ($500 for the bonded pair) which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system. For more information, please email France at FBognon@petconnectrescue.org. **If you're viewing this on Petfinder, please visit www.petconnectrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**

Story
Zavi is a 9 year old, 6.4 lb male pom mix. Zavi belonged to my son who recently moved and was unable to take Zavi with him. He is a pretty low maintenance little guy as he gets older. Zavi has some health issues- collapsed trachea and heart problems. Unfortunately I am unable to take care for Zavi at this point. Looking for a good home for the little guy!
