Meet Teddy Bear!  Teddy is an approximately a 9 year old Pomeranian looking for his new forever home.  His previous owners relinquished him because they couldn't care for him anymore.  He came to us matted and scared, with horrible dental issues that the rescue has taken care of.  Teddy has been a wonderful foster dog.  In the month he's been with us, he's flourished and opened up to show what a wonderful dog he is.  He gets along well with the other dogs in the foster home and even plays tug of war with them!  He's good with the senior cat in the house as well.  We don't know how he is with kids but he's such a sweet boy that he'd surly be kind to anyone who's kind to him.  He is fully vaccinated, and is recovering from a dental where he lost 14 teeth!  He's learning to play with toys again and loves to talk.  He'd be a great addition to a home with other dogs.  He is housebroken and barks when he wants to go outside.  Adopter needs to understand he needs to take some time to learn to trust his new family and due to being neglected with his dental issues before coming to the rescue and receiving dental care, he has associated touching around his face and mouth with pain so he needs someone to understands that touching him around his face and mouth is off limit.  He's up to date with his vaccinations, neutered, and is microchipped. If you’re looking for the life of literally any party, you’re in the right place— Because, well, let us introduce you to RESSES! Resses is all about the fun and games! When we say he loves everyone, we mean EVERYONE (including all other dogs— big or small). No one is a stranger to this guy. He is also house trained, crate trained, and potty trained. Here`s the kicker. This dude, needs a very strong/firm pack leader. He knows how to trick you with his sweet charm and then tries to be the boss. He needs that right person to tell him, he actually isn`t the boss. (Although he loves everyone, because of his bossy mannerisms, a house with no young children is preferred). However, when rules and structure are in place, this boy is truly amazing. He is so smart, would be amazing at agility, and is also a huge water lover! He’s currently thriving in his foster home and we’d like to see that continue on into his forever home. Therefore, we are looking for that strong pack leader for Resses. Until he understands his place in a home, he should not be allowed to have total freedom to do as he pleases. Meet Monty, the little gentleman in a fluffy Pomeranian suit. At 15 years young, Monty is a seasoned pro at life—slow-moving, wise, and full of charm. He doesn’t have teeth, but he’ll happily gum a hotdog, his favorite treat, like a true connoisseur.Monty is mostly house-trained and will give you a little wiggle when he needs to go. Crates aren’t his style, but he’ll settle in if needed. Other dogs? Monty nods politely but keeps to himself. Cats are fine roommates, as long as they respect his nap time.While not playful, Monty enjoys a sunny yard and a slow stroll on a leash. Stairs, however, are tricky—he’ll go up, but coming down requires a helping hand.
