Story
Kato 8yrs old, does well with other senior dogs. Prefers to be alone, loves going for walks. Must be on a leash or he will walk off. Is allergic to chicken, chicken by products and rice. Beef and salmon food only. Loves fruits especially watermelon and cranberries, but will eat almost any. He's mostly laid back, and likes to be left alone. Kato hasn't ever been kenneled. He has a major fear of confinement. He has torn carpet and doors up, due to his fear of being locked in a room. Will do major harm to himself to get out if this happens. He's not a barker unless someone is on the property. Loves visitors to talk and pet him. He is pad trained. I've had Kato since he was 4 was old his vet history is at woodland animal clinic McDonough,GA and Fairview animal hospital Ellenwood, GA. His shots need to be updated. Due to my illness (hospice with terminal cancer) they are not up to date.

Story
Toast is available for pre-adoption at this time until her spay surgery is done in the next few weeks. Everyone meet Toast. Toast is a Pomeranian Poodle mix and was born on 3/5/24. She is the sweetest girl and loves every one she meets. She seems to be good with other dogs her size and ignored her foster mom's cat. We think that Toast would be a great addition to any home. OUR PETS ARE SHELTER PETS. WE HAVE VERY LITTLE, IF ANY, INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PAST. PLEASE BE COMMITTED AND PREPARED TO TRAIN/RETRAIN YOUR NEW PET. REMEMBER, THEY MUST HAVE TIME TO DECOMPRESS. If you have not heard of the 333 Rule, please Google it. If you are interested in making this pup part of your family, please email us at madrescuega@gmail.com . Please give a brief description of your home, family and what you are looking for in a new furry family member. You may include anything else you think will move you to the top of the adoption list. We are located in Hollywood, SC but this dog is being fostered and is available for adoption in Newborn GA. If you are not local to the area, we can refer you to a transport company. Story
❗Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Meet Sunny with a story of miracles👋 Sunny was found on a street in South Korea at one year old in 2018 and taken to a high-risk shelter, but she was already in serious condition presumably caused by a car accident. Her pelvis was fractured, and her right hind leg bone was broken into pieces. She was saved from euthanasia by the rescue team and hospitalized for months (Jun-Sep 2018) due to the surgery and recovery. She was miraculously given a new life thanks to the rescue. That same year, after a few months of foster period, Sunny found a forever home, which was another miracle we thought of back then. Five years later, however, the rescue team got an unknown phone call requesting to change Sunny's ownership. Long story short, her family decided to give up on her after years, sent her to a pet shop, and paid them, all this without discussing it with the rescue team. This pet shop basically receives pets from owners and in turn, sells them out, and to do so with Sunny, they needed to have Sunny's ownership switched from the rescue team to the pet shop so they contacted the rescue team, and that’s how the rescue team learned Sunny's situation. Eventually, Sunny was able to safely return to her original rescue team, which is another miracle in her story. Despite all these setbacks, Sunny's sweet nature and zest for life shine bright. She needs one true chance to find her real forever family that loves her unconditionally. Recently, she has been moved to her foster home with two other dogs. Sunny is eagerly waiting for her own home now! • Personality: Sweet, Playful, Sociable Sunny thrives on love and affection and gets along with all people and furry friends, making her the perfect companion for anyone seeking a lovely and affectionate fur buddy. She is such a cuddle bug! She likes snuggly cushions and blankets. • Affinity with - Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs regardless of the size - Cats: Okay with street cats. She sometimes tries to chase kittens, but she stops when told. - Adults/Kids: Good with adults, especially elders including men / Okay with kids - not much interest in them. 💫She will be a perfect fit for most types of families! • Walking Manners: very good • Housetrained: fully housebroken, okay with both pee-pads and outdoors. • Separation Anxiety: None • Bathing/Brushing: very good • Barks/Howls: she barks when excited or when she wants something. • Car Rides: very good • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Health Issues: Due to the serious injuries that she got from an accident right before rescue, her pelvis is not perfectly placed (incomplete union of iliac) even after she had surgery immediately after being rescued. However, currently, she doesn’t show signs of pain when walking or running. If you have an open heart and a loving home for Sunny, please don't hesitate to apply!
