Story
Looks like: Papillon mix Female, 11 years old (estimated), 17 pounds Sprinkles is a true companion. She's happiest when she gets to be by your side. This sweet and gentle pup can take a moment to warm up, but when she does, she wants nothing more than to pepper you with kisses and love. This little ball of love just wants to be your furever friend. This sweet girl is currently overweight and has trouble getting around, both due to her size and possible arthritis. She is currently being evaluated to try and help her get her mobility back. Though she struggles with a lot of movement, she does sometimes get some short bursts of energy. Sprinkles is a very people-friendly dog. Before placing her in a home with children, we'd like to be sure all interactions were monitored and young kids were respectful. Sprinkles may do well as the only apple of your eye, but she may also do well with another mellow pup, especially as Sprinkles does not like to be left home alone. Sprinkles came to us from Sacramento County Animal Shelter so that we could help with her medical needs.

Story
My previous ESA dog died and my friends thought it would be a good idea to replace her right away. It wasn’t. I am not dealing with the death well and I just returned to full time work. This is Muffin. I have had her since she was 3 months old. She is 10 months old. She is potty trained to use both pee pads and outside. She doesnt bark which I’ve been told is unusual for Pomeranians. This is my first. She is spunky and fun. She has the softest fur I’ve ever felt. I am also allergic and she is not hypoallergenic like my previous dogs have been and this is a problem. I thought Pom’s were hypoallergenic. Be aware they are not. She is super adorable. And loves to play and sleep. She loves to go on a daily walk and would happily go on two if you would take her. She loves to go to the park and run around. She’s trying to decide if the squirrels in the yard are for chasing or for watching and she does a little of both. She is quite a character. Children must be over 12. She is 6 lbs.

Crackerjack was rescued from the shelter by one of our amazing volunteers who picked him up and saved him from an overcrowded kennel. We don’t know how this gorgeous gentleman ended up in the shelter, but we know that his future is looking fabulous. Crackerjack weighs 10 pounds and is just the most handsome dude in the entire world if you ask us! Crackerjack is so excited to meet you and start his fabulous second chapter.    Crackerjack is a silly, handsome dude with a huge personality and a smile that melts even the iciest heart! He loves giving hugs and is always ready to kiss your cheek if you bend down for a cuddle. Jack is super sweet and knows just how handsome he is, always strutting around the yard with his coat gleaming in the sunlight. Jack would be a fabulous WFH companion, as he knows how to kick back and relax as you do your Zoom calls. When you’re ready for an adventure though, Crackerjack is waiting by the door with a wagging tail and a smile on his face. He loves exploring the world around him and can’t wait to check off items on his bucket list with his new people. Crackerjack loves cuddling and is happiest when he can sit in your lap as you cuddle or watch a movie together. He’s a perfect gentleman! Crackerjack is such a sweet boy who has so much love to give the world. He’s the perfect ten!  Crackerjack wakes up at 7 AM and goes right outside for a potty break and some zoomies. He gets breakfast at 8 AM and then spends some time playing with his toys. Crackerjack has random bursts of energy throughout the day, but overall he loves to lounge around and hang with his people. He’s a great WFH companion as well as a fabulous playmate for the resident dogs. Crackerjack gets dinner at 5 PM and then zooms around in the living room with his toys for a few more hours. He goes out for one last potty and then goes into his crate for the night around 10 PM. Crackerjack currently lives with a resident dog and they love to romp around in the yard together. Crackerjack is working on his potty training as well as general training and is making good progress. He would thrive in a home prepared to give him the structure he needs to blossom. He has endless love to give and we can’t wait to watch him change your life! Come and pick up some Crackerjack of your own!      Crackerjack is an option for homes with prior dog owning experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 6.December 20, 2024, 2:08 pm
