Maple was rescued from the streets of Korea by our amazing partner rescue before he flew across the ocean to the USA. As soon as he touched down in sunny California, he trotted out of his crate with a fabulous smile that hasn’t dimmed since. This 15 pound boy is ready for a life of treats and adventures with his lucky new family. If you love pancakes and waffles, what could be better than a side of Maple Syrup?   Maple is a handsome gentleman who can’t wait to brighten your life! He is on the calmer side which makes him an amazing companion for a WFH family. He would love to lounge off-camera as you go about your Zoom meetings but would also be an amazing company mascot. His fluffiness is out of this world! Maple adores his walks and his entire body wiggles with happiness when the leash comes out. He knows it’s time for adventure and he is hopping to get outside and start! Maple is still figuring out the toy thing but he would love a throne of soft beds and even softer blankets. Only the finest materials for this royal pupper. Maple loves being brushed and will sit regally as his fabulous coat is fluffed up. He also loves cuddles and will politely place a paw on your arm when he is ready for affection. He is super smart as well and picked up on the household routines from day one! Maple is a dog full of heart and sweetness and we know his future will be full of brunches and biscuits!  Maple wakes up around 8am and is taken outside for a short walk and potty break as the neighborhood blooms around him. He has breakfast at around 9am and spends the day exploring the house and napping on the couch. He is a great buddy for those who spend their days working at their desktop computer. He is taken outside a couple times throughout the day for sniff and potty breaks. After the workday ends, Maple gets a longer walk where he greets his neighborhood pals and smells all the blooming flowers. Dinner is served at 7 PM which he chows down on happily. After his meal, Maple settles in the living room on the couch as he watches some Netflix with his foster home. He goes outside for one last potty break at 9 PM before he heads to his crate for the night.  Maple gets along with dogs of all ages and sizes and greets his neighborhood pals politely on leash. He is also friends with the neighborhood cats and all the people as well. He’s an all around heart-stealer. Maple is working on his obedience skills but learns quickly so he will be eager to show off for you, especially if you have cookies to offer him. Don’t let this handsome boy pass you by!    Maple is an option for just about any home, regardless of prior dog-owning experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 8.June 30, 2024, 5:55 pm

Wren was rescued from the shelter after she was removed from a hoarding situation. When the shelter was overflowing, they sent up the paw signal and we rushed over to help out. Wren leapt into our arms and she has never looked back since. With her fabulous ears and bright smile, she has brightened our days and we are so excited to help her find her fabulous forever family. Wren is on the smaller side but her personality is anything but!    Wren is an out-going, fun-loving lady with a personality just bursting out of her. She knows just how adorable she is and she soaks up the attention she gets as she trots around town. Heads turn when Wren hits the sidewalk. She loves being cuddled and delights in being carried around like a baby. She has a vibrant personality that gets her cookies and pets on errands. Wren loves following her foster people around the house as they go about their days but is also happy to entertain herself when she needs to. She would love a home where her people work from home, so she can be the company mascot. Even though she is small, she can seriously get her steps in! She keeps up with her foster parents as they hit the block. Whether you’re looking for a couch potato or a partner in crime, Wren is that dog. She can’t wait to launch herself into a pile of squeaky toys her new people shower her in. Wren’s party trick is also fabylous: she taught herself how to dance on her hind legs and shows off her routines often for her adoring fans Wonderful Wren will make any day brighter and any life more fulfilling!  Wren starts her morning around 8 AM with a trip outside for potty. She gets a morning walk to the nearby park and then returns home for her breakfast. After she finishes eating, Wren hangs out in her dog bed while her foster mama starts her workday. She heads out onto the balcony for some sunbathing as the sun gets warmer. Around 1 PM she heads out on another short walk and then gets a yummy treat. She plays with her toys and snoozes some more until the workday ends. She’s waiting at the door for her 6 PM walk which she looks forward to every day. She has dinner at 7 and then spends the rest of the evening hanging out on the couch and catching up on her reality TV shows. After one last trip outside for potty, she heads to bed at 10 PM.  Wren gets along well with other dogs but can sometimes come off a little too eager for friendship. She takes corrections well though! She will need continued socialization and training as she settles into your home. Wren walks well on a leash and is part of the pack as they trot along. Wren is mostly house trained but will need motivation to start a new routine when she is adopted. Wren would thrive in a home as either a solo dog or as a member of the pack. She just wants to know that she is adored and she promises to adore you in return.    Wren is an option for just about any home, regardless of prior dog owning experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 9.June 30, 2024, 5:55 pm

Story
A wonderful little Pomeranian mix pup was found wandering the streets, but unfortunately, he does not have a microchip. He is in a foster home with multiple dogs and cats and has been doing wonderfully in that environment. It would be a great addition to most households. He will need to be spayed shortly. He is lovely and loves cuddles. The adoption fee for this animal is 550 US Dollars. This fee will also help other large animals with medical expenses. So, by adopting Little Bear and paying the adoption fees, you are helping two animals simultaneously. Silicon Valley Animal Rescue - SVAR proudly says we are the ONLY rescue in California, and there are very few rescue organizations in the United States whose every single dollar of donation is 100% used towards every animal in need! Our staff and volunteers pay out of pocket for the daily operating costs.

Story
Pomeranian Age: 1-2 yrs old Male, neutered 11 lbs Adoption Fee: $125 (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations) Fritz was dropped off at the emergency vet by someone who saw him limping. It was determined that he had a fractured left front leg, likely as the result of being hit by a car. No one came to claim him, so the vet splinted the leg and transferred him to the Stockton Shelter. They contacted us to rescue him. The fractured leg needed surgery, which we provided. After the leg was fully healed, the surgeon decided to remove the plates and pins with a second surgery. Fritz is a VERY FRIENDLY, VERY ENERGETIC young dog. He needs LOTS of exercise and playtime. He loves playing with other dogs, but can be fairly aggressive in his play style. We think it would be better for him to have a canine playmate living in the home, but it would have to be a dog that likes rough and energetic play. Please note that we don’t adopt any of our dogs out to homes with children under the age of 13. For more information about Fritz, contact: nobodysperfektdogs@gmail.com
