After being found in neglected condition, Fancy cleaned up beautifully and revealed her sweet, affectionate personality. Now thriving in her foster home, she enjoys the comfort of a cozy doggie bed and spends her days relaxing, with her favorite toys close by for the occasional playful moment. She is tiny and all of 12 lb! Fancy is wonderfully well-behaved-she's not a chewer and can be trusted alone in the house without a crate. Her easygoing temperament and natural charm have made her popular with her foster siblings, and she's always up for a little playtime with her doggie friends. While Fancy is still mastering potty training, she's making progress and just needs a patient, loving hand to help her fully settle into a consistent routine. One of Fancy's favorite pastimes is snuggling on the couch, and she'd be the perfect cuddle buddy for cozy movie nights or relaxing weekends. Her gentle, affectionate nature shines through in everything she does, making her an ideal companion for anyone looking for a little extra love and loyalty. Hello, my Name is Percy, it's short for Perseverance. I am a 7 year old Chihuahua, I am spayed and current on all shots. Sadly I tested positive for heartworms, so I was started on treatment. Treatment almost killed me so I am taking a safer route. I am in rescue because I was found by a sweet woman who was house sitting. She said I was quite the survivalist. Nobody had ever seen me before. I was gathering everything I needed out of someone's garage and taking it back to a flat bed trailer that I claimed, I even had some yummy cat food I have NEVER known humans to be nice and gentle so when the man came to trap me I was soooo scared. The man turned out to be safe he even brought me to rescue. I have been here a long time being worked with. everyone has shown me that humans are good and loving. I will need a patient and understanding adopter who will allow me some time to adjust. Once I trust you I am the sweetest silliest girl. I am a goofball who enjoys company and soft beds. ##1736828##
