Meet Peaches - a 10-year-old, 7lb, Chihuahua mix. Peaches is a gentle, big-hearted girl who's ready to live her golden years to the fullest. After a rough start in life, Peaches has blossomed into a calm, loving companion who just wants a cozy spot to nap, a human to love, and the occasional leisurely stroll. This lovely senior pup is the definition of low-maintenance. She spends most of her day snoozing peacefully, and when she's awake, she's all about soft affection and slow walks where she can sniff the roses (literally). She walks beautifully on leash and brings a quiet, calming presence wherever she goes. Peaches isn't a big barker—she uses her voice sparingly and meaningfully, like when she’s saying hello or reminding you it’s time for dinner. Her communication is thoughtful and endearing. She’s come such a long way, and now she’s looking for a home where she can feel safe, loved, and appreciated for the sweet soul she is. Peaches gets along well with other dogs and kids but has not been around cats to know how she feels about them. Peaches is on thyroid medication. The medication is inexpensive but she will require periodic routine bloodwork. If you're looking for a mellow, friendly best friend with a heart full of love, Peaches is your girl. Let her show you just how special a senior dog can be. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 10 Years Adoption Fee: $200
