(Foster may be able to travel within a couple hrs depending on availability) For an application please text his foster directly at 2482521900. He is ready to go home anytime so if you aren’t able to adopt within three days of filling out an application please don’t apply and please be patient with the fosters response time since fosters are overwhelmed with the amount of responses this time of year.
