Story
Pawly the polydactyl and his adorable little sidekick sister Dolly are a truly fun and adorable duo! Pawly is the ultimate Velcro cat who wants to snuggle on you at all times . If you as much as look at him he comes over for love - it’s too cute ! Dolly is a petite , lovely girl who also hangs with you on the couch or nearby - but she won’t fight for your lap which is a plus.. Pawly and Dolly love to snuggle and play together - bird watching and chasing toys. They are a perfect little duo! They’re in a foster home with two people but no children so we suggest a similar home that they can easily adjust into .  They’re healthy , perfect litter box users , spayed /neutered , negative for FIV and FELV, up to date on their FVRCP and Rabies vaccines , treated for potential fleas/parasites , and microchipped. Their story: Hailing from the Bronx , a kind woman cared for them next to a post office in an old car lot- their life was one of sleeping in the hood of cars to stay safe , in a very loud and busy neighborhood. We knew these cuties deserved more. We scooped them up (along with their other polydactyl sibling Toesy- a carbon copy of Pawly- also available if you are patient and kind as he is much more reserved and needs more patience - inquire about Toesy if interested) To apply to adopt these cuties email nycatcoal@yahoo.com or call Joan at (718) 671-1695 November 12, 2024, 6:47 pm

Story
Pawla is a gorgeous female young girl who has amazing extra toes, making her polydactyl! We love polydactyl cats and think they’re so unique- in fact Hernest Hemingway loved them so much he had a home dedicated for them .  Pawla was rescued from outside in the Bronx along with her newborn babies Mittens , Tobias, Thumbelina and Wednesday. She was a wonderful mama and now it’s her chance to find her happily forever after home. She is very sweet and would do great in a quieter home without too many other cats around - foster has a not if cats and we think it’s too much for this sweet girl.  She’s spayed , vaccinated, treated for potential parasites/fleas , microchipped , and negative for FIV /FELV. To apply to adopt beautiful Pawla email nycatcoal@yahoo.com or call Joan at  (718) 671-1695December 21, 2024, 8:53 pm

Story
Strawberry is a gorgeous baby with big "derpy eyes and even bigger paws: in fact, she's a polydactyl-a Hemingway cat-with extra toe beans! She absolutely LOVES receiving all the attention she can find, and she'll gladly accept tons of treats, too. As soon you see her, she is rubbing herself up against the cage, begging for some love. Strawberry recently came from the euthanasia list at the ACC. We just don't understand who wouldn't want this sweet girl-she is literally perfect: friendly with adults, kids, and cats. She would do great as a second cat in your home, or if you're looking for two cats, she'd love to be adopted with Trevor. Are you ready to take on this most precious kitty, with all her extra toes to love? She is about a year old, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and FeLV and FIV tested (negative). To apply, go to lendapawinc.com/adoption.
