Story
Zoe is an incredibly intelligent and affectionate girl who is ready to find her forever home. Her quick wit and eagerness to learn, makes her a joy to train, and she knows some great tricks already. She is definitely always eager to please. Zoe loves to cuddle and has a gentle, loving nature that makes her the perfect companion for anyone seeking an extremely loyal friend. Whether it is playing fetch, learning new tricks, or simply snuggling up on the couch, Zoes bright personality and loving heart are sure to bring joy and warmth to any home. Zoe is extremely smart. She loves staying right by your side, loves when you talk to her and is extremely loyal. She gets a little sad when you have you have to leave the house but is crate trained and so I recommend crated with her blanket and tou so she feels better when left home unattended. She loves car rides. Sweet Zoe bug just turned 4. Adopt Zoe today and experience the unconditional love and companionship only she can offer.

Story
📣📣Hello My Name is Turner!!📣📣 I am ready to be Adopted and live in my own castle! Here are some facts about myself. 🐾I am a Pointer/Hound Mix 🐾I am fully vaccinated and Neutered 🐾I weigh in at 53 pounds and am fully grown at 2 Years Young! 🐾I love to play and run around in the Yard chasing balls and toys 🐾I am crate trained/House Trained (unless you miss my signal)/Leash Trained) unless I see a cat) 🐾I do great on a car ride and Love to meet new people on my terms 🐾I like most other dogs, but can I get a little rough during play time so my size or a rough and tumble little dog are fine 🐾Cats to me are to be chased out of the yard, up a tree and out of my universe 🐾I have no bad habits and if you keep me under close watch, I will not form any 🐾I am perfectly fine with kids above the age of 10, little kids have toys I want to eat and push over so I am better with kids taller and heavier than I am I came to the Rescue is pretty bad shape but look at me now. I am a highly food motivated young man and that makes it even easier to teach me new tricks. I am stubborn and need a person that can keep me in line. If I know I can't push you around I am the perfect dog. If you do not give me any boundaries, I will act accordingly! I have a very loud Bay but use it sparingly. I am an active young man but also LOVE to snuggle on the couch. With plenty of play time and walks I will be the perfect gentleman. I do get along with most dogs so I would even enjoy day care or large group play dates. I love toys...really LOVE toys! :) Want to meet me ? Do I sound like a fine young man you wish to add to your family? Apply for me https://www.carolina-loving-hound-rescue.com/adoption-application.html

Story
Meet Cow A Bunga (Ralphie)Male English Pointer / Hound MixDOB: 10/16/21ADOPTION FEE: $100.00Available Now**Would prefer a one dog only home**Ralphie has been back at the shelter with us for WAY too long! He was adopted as a pup but returned later due to some unforeseen circumstances with his previous owner. He is a big boy packed full of energy! He would love an outdoorsy person who's willing to play fetch, take him to the lake, take him hiking, etc. He loves his pool time and playing in water. Once he's used up some energy, he's ready to give the biggest kisses and sit down for some pets. He is animal selective, so if you have another dog, we suggest bringing them with when you come to meet Ralphie! One of our volunteers has worked a lot with him, Ralphie does really good walking on a leash. He is also learning basic commands, such as "sit, lay, stay." Most of his training is using treats, but he is a smart boy. All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention. Open hours are 12PM - 4PM Tuesday -Friday and 12PM-3PM on Saturdays or by appointment. We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required. We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays. All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted. Sometimes things change and an adoption may fall through so we maintain a wait list. APPLY HERE: https://form.jotform.com/202887123155152

Story
Parker (formerly Snooki) was rescued from a local shelter after finding herself on the euthanasia list through no fault of her own. Parker is playful, cuddly, and outgoing. Parker would do best in a home with dogs her own size as she loves to “ruff” house. Parker is crate trained and walks well on leash. She has been with us since May 16, 2024.

Molly is sweet, cuddly, and confident. Molly will require a home with no other dogs as she has shown signs of reactivity. Molly is crate trained and walks well on leash. She has been with us since June 20, 2024.
