Meet Luna, a resilient and loving three-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier and Pointer mix. Luna’s past wasn’t easy—she was neglected and kept outdoors without proper care, but thanks to a kind-hearted rescuer, she and her puppies are now safe and thriving.
Luna is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and fully crate trained. She’s wonderful with dogs, cats, kids, and people, making her the perfect fit for a family that loves an easygoing, friendly companion. She walks beautifully on a leash and weighs about 60-65 pounds—just the right size for snuggles and outdoor adventures alike.

Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.
The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
