He enjoys his crate and goes into it when ever he is looking to relax. Loki has been good with other dogs, seems to prefer smaller or female dogs and would do well with an equally playful dog. He walks well on a leash, would love to agility as he is very athletic and loves to jump. We would recommend Loki in a home without young children and with someone who can provide him structure and consistency. Ann (aka Annie girl) is a very sweet, loving, playful affectionate girl. She is a pointer cattle dog mix, about 3 years old, medium sized (but small enough to snuggle on your lap, which she loves to do). She is a "velcro dog by definition- she'll be by your side and in the mix at all times. She enjoys playing with her toys and going for walks (she's great on a leash), as well as playing in the yard with her foster siblings. Ann loves having a comfy bed of her own to sleep in, but is crate trained and happily spends time in there when needed. She knows some basic commands like "sit, "come, "off and is picking up more skills each day. Ann is looking for a forever family that has as much love to give as she does!

adoption donation : $699 weight 18 lbs Age: 5 months as of 9/11 Elvis is an adorable, well-behaved boy and smart boy who is friendly to everyone he meets. Elvis and his siblings, Freddie Mercury, Taylor Swift, Joni Mitchell and Steven Tyler are our rock star puppies—they are mixed breed pups whom we expect to be on the smaller side of a medium size dog full grown. Elvis has been in a foster home with his sister Taylor Swift, but she is now adopted and now it’s the sweet boys turn! He loves to romp and play with Taylor and gets along great with other dogs as well. He has learned to sit and his housebroken although we always remind potential adopters that all rescues need some time to settle in and adjust in a new home. Elvis has had his vaccinations, but will be neutered when he is a little older. Wags will pay for the procedure at one of the clinics that we use in the northeast or reimburse adopters what we pay if they choose to use their own vet. Please note that Wags of Monroe county is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Wags desperately need to raise funds to help the sick and older dogs at the rescue. Adoption fees include the transport for Mississippi, spay or neuter, deworming, vaccines and microchip.
