Meet Remmy, the sweetest little five-month-old Pointer mix rescued from Lee County, South Carolina. Her white coat with unique—and nearly symmetrical—brown markings give her a stunning appearance and pair beautifully with her soft, honey-colored eyes. Remmy currently weighs 22 pounds with probably a bit more growing to do.
Remmy is a very active girl who loves to be on the move. Remmy would love a yard where she can run, or a companion who will take her on walks, hikes, swims, bike rides—really any activity, and she’s your girl. Remmy is a very inquisitive little girl and loves to sniff her surroundings. She’d make a great hiking buddy for any outdoorsman, but we can’t guarantee she will be stealthy, because she LOVES a good, crunchy leaf. Remmy would do well around other dogs, cats, and kids and cannot wait to meet her future besties.

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
