Story
I aquire Blue from my daughter when he was about 1 year old. he is now 5. He is an awesome dog, the only problem with him he's not good with other animals, hes fun to be with, fun to play with. a little excited when others are around because he wants to play. It may be better for someone who adopts him to have some place where he can run around outside for a little. I was told that he is a pointer mix but was not sure what he is mixed with possibly Pit Bull. I am too busy with work and other activities to give him the attention he needs. and my wife is not animal friendly. LOL

Story
Hank is a wonderful and loving dog with a lot of endearing qualities. His loyalty and love for cuddling, along with his enthusiasm for playing fetch, make him a delightful companion for the right owner. His laid-back nature and preference for lounging by the TV, combined with a healthy appetite for treats and food, show his relaxed yet playful demeanor. It's important to note his territorial behavior around food and toys, highlighting the need for a clear understanding of his boundaries. His bond with Cash, his foxhound companion, after an initial adjustment period, speaks to his ability to get along with other dogs. While Hank thrives on adult attention, his interactions with young children may not be suitable. Therefore, a family without young kids would be the best fit for him.Having completed the Jet Set Pets 3-week boarding training program, Hank is well-versed in commands and responsive to training. The trainer's willingness to demonstrate his commands to the future owner, along with your commitment to ensuring the right home for Hank, reflects a dedicated approach to his well-being.In conclusion, Hank's positive attributes shine through, and with the right match, he can bring joy and companionship to his new family.Additional information: We are not a shelter.Local adopters only. All our dogs are in private fosters. We only set up meets with approved adopters. If you want to meet our adoptable dogs, many pups will be at Brewhound for Fur Sisters Friday on the first Friday of every month from 6-8 pm.Adopters are chosen based on the best fit for each dog, it is not first come, first served. We do not 'hold' dogs. Please note: we have many dogs who are not yet listed as available due to the availability of volunteer time to post or because they are puppies. Story
Thomas came from a hoarding situation. He might be a bit timid in new situations. Loud noises and sudden movements can trigger his anxiety, but he’s improving and now enjoys being petted. He doesn’t know how to walk on a leash yet, so a fenced yard is needed. Another furry friend would be essential to help him gain more confidence. He has so much love to offer. Are you ready to capture his heart?

Story
Georgie is a resilient survivor of a hoarding case. Despite years of neglect, Georgie is playful, spunky, and potty trained. While still a bit shy, he is steadily making progress. Georgie is not yet leash trained and would thrive in a calm and predictable home with a fenced yard where he can continue to build his confidence. Having another dog in the home would greatly help him blossom into a confident companion. Georgie is seeking a compassionate adopter ready to provide the love and stability he needs.

Story
We adopted Kailey when she was just 8 weeks old from Charleston, SC and she is now 9. She is the gentlest dog I have ever met. Her demeanor is perfect for households with children or other animals. She loves attention and being pet and will always love to cuddle. Her and her sister Jordan are always together and follow each other everywhere. A new home for them must have loving owners. They grew up with a lot of attention and love from my wife and I, so I wouldn't want them to lose that. Their first few years were spent in a house with a backyard and the last 3 have been spent at an apartment complex. Bonded dog is Jordan. We would like them to be adopted together. Jordan is 7 years old. The vet says she's a terrier/something mix. The description for Jordan is the same as Kailey's. She loves to cuddle and be close. She is more energetic than Kailey though and loves to play, whereas Kailey would rather explore outside or be pet versus playing fetch.
