Beto and Pantera are two great dogs who need their forever home. They showed up at our rental in Costa Rica homeless and starving. We have been fostering them. They are now very healthy, happy and loving dogs. There are so many homeless dogs in Costa Rica that no one could take them. We took them with us. We are in Tennessee. We are willing to drive anywhere. We must travel to England for six months at a time beginning in August and can’t continue fostering them. Beto is about 6 years old, male, a 45-pound Pointer. Pantera is about 6, female, a 25-pound Dachshund mix. They are spayed, neutered and up to date with shots. Beto and Pantera are very friendly and loving with adults and kids. Kids ADORE Beto and Pantera and they ADORE kids. They are house trained, always 100% respectful of property, love riding in the car, walk well on a leash. She was abandoned by her owner, and another family agreed to take care of her short term.... and quickly found out she was expecting puppies. Sunkist does take a moment to warm up, but once she does you can quickly see what a sweet dog she is. She needs good introduction to other dogs to be comfortable and would benefit from a quiet home with individual or couple who will be there most of the time because she just does not like being alone. Sunkist is great on a leash and enjoys long walks. A home with no young children would be best.She would also benefit from a fenced backyard.
