Story
Hello, my name is: ClarabelleDOB: 12/16/2019Sex/Breed: Spayed female Pointer/ Boxer mixWeight: 45 lbsRescued From: Found strayClarabelle`s rescue story is truly remarkable. She embodies resilience in multiple ways. This brave mama survived on the streets, relying on her resourcefulness to find food and shelter. Eventually, she became pregnant and gave birth to her puppies underneath a shed. While it wasn`t an ideal location, it was the safest option available at the time. Each time Clarabelle squeezed in and out from under the shed to find food and water, she scraped her back. Since she had no one to care for her, Clarabelle and her puppies were taken to a local shelter. Although it wasn`t perfect, this environment allowed her the time to raise her little ones, and once they were weaned, they were taken by another rescue. Clarabelle also made it out safely and is now ready to find a loving family of her own. We’ve promised her that she will never have to struggle alone again! This beautiful girl is active, affectionate, and sweet. Her size makes her a great fit for various family dynamics. She adores other dogs and gets along wonderfully with the pups in her foster home. Clarabelle is house-trained, crate-trained, and eager to please. She has shown love and affection to every human she`s met! Overall, this former mama is a complete sweetheart and is ready to be a loyal companion to the family that opens their heart to her... could that family be yours? All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
When I was born, I assure you I didn't want to grow up to be left in a high kill shelter, however, that is what happened to me. LUCKILY, the fates (and some awesome rescue folks) aligned and saved me from certain death and brought me to a safe place where I can find a REAL family and a REAL home. Let me tell you about myself, I am cute, happy, loving, nervous at times, but have the long legs of a pointer! I have lots of energy for running, jumping and playing and I have the handsome chiseled jaw that most actors would love to have! Now if you need a great looking chap, look my way!!! ADOPT...........DON'T SHOP!!! My LIFE depends on it!!! LOcal adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
So Arika is an unusual name, right?? Well, yes it is!! It actually means "ruler of ALL" and I identify with that feeling :D OK, I am not the ruler of all, but I am the ruler of ALL my friends! We have kind of a democratic system set up...... I tell them what to do and they LISTEN and they do what they want! So, that is the level of my "ruler-ness". However, I have a lot more to offer than just rules and regulations.... I HAVE LOVE! You see, I know love and I know despair...my daughter Mika and I were found on the streets, eating trash and anything we could get our faces on.... until the day that a "street feeder/rescuer" found us. From that day forward we had HOPE... And here we are in the rescue and thriving! I rule all my friends and we are now just waiting for our furever homes. I am a big girl, kind of deceivingly... I don't look that big but weigh in over 70# I am great with other dogs- big and small, as long as they want to play and hang out, I am down with that... My bestest home would be with another playful dog and kids please :) So I am here waiting, and RULING, and waiting for you to find me! I will let you in on a little secret too... I HAVE A HEART ON MY SIDE :D So you will have a reminder to all that dogs offer to your life every time you look at my side. Sign the contract and adopt me soon!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
