adoption donation : $650 weight 40 lbs Age: 4 years Maddie is the sweetest! She is a loving friendly girl who gets along with everyone she meets. Maddie has been with the same family in Mississippi for her whole life, sadly her mom was recently hospitalized and so she was taking in by relatives who can’t keep her. Wags stepped in to help, promising the family that they will find a wonderful home for this good girl. Maddie loves kids, she grew up with them. She has no aggression whatsoever, her tail never stops wagging. She plays wonderfully with other dogs, she’s a little afraid of cats! Maddie is up-to-date on her vaccines and has been spayed, she is ready for a loving family of her own. will make a wonderful member of the family. Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. Rocky has been a long stay in boarding while we got this little chowder head to focus. Apparently, his life had started with, best guess, young boys because his exuberance was over the top. We have finally gotten him under control. Other dogs still correct him at times because he just can't get that meet & greet scenario down pat, again exuberance. He is a very loving dog and would love the opportunity to live with someone who loves the outdoors and hiking. This boy needs a home where his people are with him. He is a person-loving dog, and the only way he can stay out of trouble is to be with his people. He can't help himself; at age 2, he can still be destructive if left to his own devices. Sorry, no apartments for this boy.

So Arika is an unusual name, right?? Well, yes it is!! It actually means "ruler of ALL" and I identify with that feeling :D OK, I am not the ruler of all, but I am the ruler of ALL my friends! We have kind of a democratic system set up...... I tell them what to do and they LISTEN and they do what they want! So, that is the level of my "ruler-ness". However, I have a lot more to offer than just rules and regulations.... I HAVE LOVE! You see, I know love and I know despair...my daughter Mika and I were found on the streets, eating trash and anything we could get our faces on.... until the day that a "street feeder/rescuer" found us. I don't look that big but weigh in over 70# I am great with other dogs- big and small, as long as they want to play and hang out, I am down with that... My name is Robbie and I am puppy at heart and only 6 months old. My pictures make me look big but ready I am not big at all. I only weigh 35 pounds at 6 months and they say I will be 65-70- pounds as an adult. I LUV KIDS! My heart leaps for joy when I See children that I can play with and love on. I am a boy that loves to run fast and for a little bit of time too. I need not only physical Exercise but also some fun games and training games to help my smart brain feel challenged too. I need a fenced yard and someone To help share playtime and games with me sometimes. I could use the company of another dog as well to help me with the physical Playtime outside and also to keep me active with socialization with other dogs. We think that Robbie has some Pointer in him since He raises once leg and seems to point quite often during this outside playtime. He is alert and very smart. He walks pretty well on a leash and he is curious to learn more things about life. He is not inside a lot so we would have to say that he could be housebroken fast if given some one on one Attention and training. This boy is good with cats, dogs and adores children. He never meets a stranger and he will needs a fenced yard To best live within safely and to run and play for long hours if the weather is good. We want a wonderful dog savvy and loving family for Robbie. He will be a 65 pounds boy when fully grown we think.
