Story
June is a stunningly beautiful 9-week-old female English Pointer mix and is ready for her active, playful, and loving family forever. She weighs approximately 10 pounds of love & sweetness and she’s a happy-go-lucky puppy that loves to play hard and then loves napping.  June loves all kinds of nyla bones, stuffed toys, and balls, and is dog-friendly with other friendly dogs. She also has a beautiful coat with the cutest markings. June loves everyone she meets and has been great with the children she’s met at our events. She will be an amazing addition to any active & playful family looking to bring a stunning female pointer mix puppy home to their loving, forever family. If you're interested in adopting June, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of June's cuteness. Our dog adoption fee, which includes vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, spaying, or neutering, is $500. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the  help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you  are interested, please visit  www.doggiebonez.com  to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application. Story
Scarlet was being held at a local shelter but was on their kill list. AALOC could not allow this absolutely adorable female pointer mix to be euthanized so a team member picked her up, saving her life. A foster parent was found and now Scarlet is looking for a forever home with a family that will cherish her as much as she deserves. Scarlet can be shy with new people but she warms up quickly. She’s a very young dog – still a puppy – and has plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Her foster parent says she is incredibly cuddly, and we know Scarlet is good with small dogs because she lives with dogs under 25 pounds at her current foster home. Please complete an application to adopt Scarlet at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will contact you to make an appointment to meet Scarlet and get to know her a bit. Adoption donation of $165 per dog includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Please note: For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. For more information on our adoption policies visit our website at www.AALOC.org or contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org.

Story
This adorable boy is Pongo. He is a 6 month old Pointer mix who weighs about 15 lbs. He is a very fun pup who gets along with everyone he meets. We recently took him on an excursion where he met cows, pigs, sheep and goats and he loved them all. He does great riding in the car and did a good job of following commands. Pongo can be cat tested upon request. He will make a wonderful family dog and is patiently waiting for his family to find him. If you'd like to meet Pongo, apply today! If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. If an animal is posted, they are VERY likely available. Please fill out an adoption application to get the best chance at being considered rather than contacting directly. If you are interested in adopting & think you can provide a great home for this pet, please complete an online application so that we can better assess if this pet is a good match for you & your family. Once that is complete & we've approved your application, we can set up a time for you to meet your potential companion for life!! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Handsome gentleman Bruno has run into some bad luck again!  He initially became a Cause kid when his owner had to move and could not take their dogs. Luckily he found a loving home and lived a good life for several years. Tragedy struck this poor guy again when his loving human passed away and he came back to Cause for SB Paws. He settled into his new foster home and is now ready to try his luck again. Could you be his forever family? Chocolate German Shorthair Bruno is 11 yrs old and full of boundless energy. He definitely needs a home familiar with the breed or similar breeds. The GSP is known to be '...very athletic, have boundless energy and need to burn it while spending time outdoors. All activities are good: running, walking, swimming, toys retrieving etc. Never forget that even if you are not a hunter, this breed is designed for hunting, and it’s really perfect at it. At the same time they are wonderful family dogs and very protective of a family. They perfectly get on with other animals, get along with people. Great for children.'So an active family is an absolute must, as well as a big yard to run, and other energetic, large breed dogs with which to romp and run and play.See his page here: http://www.causeforsbpaws.org/animals/browse  Apply here: http://www.causeforsbpaws.org/forms/form?formid=3251   Email cause4sbpaws@gmail.com with questions.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 7:12 pm
