She's about 2 years old and weighs 45 lbs. From what we know she was kept outside most of her life, and because of this she was heartworm positive BUT she is taking her pills every week so she's on the right track! She is playful, silly, sweet, and cuddly. Her likes include treats, food, belly rubs, curling up into a small ball, and napping. Her dislikes include baths and carrots.Reese would do well as your only companion or would love having a furry friend to wrestle and play with. She is learning new things every day and is eager to please for treats! She is potty-trained and crate trained. She loves taking naps at your feet and chewing on bones. Shadow is a 1.5 year old hunting hound she has a huge story before and after her rescue with a very large following. She loves other dogs and seeks them out. She would do best in a home with another well behaved young active dog. She's been known to run but getting better and she currently wears a tracking device on her collar. She opens up pretty quickly but is very scared and shy without another dog . She was emaciated and on the run when rescued. She is now gaining weight and beautiful. Dunston was adopted from the Dallas Animal Shelter last year. As he grew, his size is too much for the small senior dogs in the family. LHS is assisting with helping him find a more suitable home. This sweet boy is great with dogs, cats and kids. He is not harmful to small pets, the other resident pets are just older and in no mood for a large young pet in their home. He can be trusted to have free roam of the house. He is also crate trained and house broken. He has been neutered, microchipped and will be brought current on his heartworm test and vaccinations this week.
