Story
18 month old stray. Spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative and on preventative. A sweet girl and quick learner. Was probably left tied out based on neck scars. Still easily goes on a leash and tie out. Good with cats, dogs, and all people. Takes corrections from other dogs and cats well. NO resource-guarding seen over high-value treats/toys & takes a hint quickly when another dog doesn't share. Loves toys and is a pretty heavy chewer. Sleeps through the night in crate or snuggled on a couch/bed. Training daily, her recall is good-she chases balls off-leash and brings them back for hugs and treats. Sits on command, walks great on leash and currently working on automatically sitting when stopped. NOT yappy. She will use her Big Dog Bark, but can be redirected to stop. Thinks she is a 5 pound lap dog, not a 50 pound lover of endless belly rubs. A fenced yard will make you both very happy as she loves to zoom around the yard. Contact me for more details.

Story
Grover is approximately 5 years old and is a loving Plott Hound mix. He has been a member of our family since the beginning of 2022. Grover is wonderful with small children and loves our cats (even though they don't usually reciprocate that affection). We have a 1-year-old and 4-year-old, and Grover has been endlessly patient with both. He has loved playing with other dogs while staying with Rover boarders in their home and has done well when friends have brought their dogs to our house. We live in a neighborhood full of other people and dogs, and Grover truly needs more space to flourish. Given Grover’s natural tendencies as a hound dog, we believe it would be best for us and our neighbors if he were to be rehomed.
