River is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom.
If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
River is a male, possibly Plott Hound/Lab mix, and is approximately 1 1/2 years old and is around 75 pounds. He has been with us since Spring 2024.

River is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), has been dewormed, a negative heartworm test (done on Dec 12th), on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. Health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Adoption fee is $550 total; this is including all vetting above and $250 transport cost.
