My name is Ethel, formally, but my foster family lovingly calls me "Ellie" - so, that's what I will go by! I am about 80 lbs and 14 months old. I am really stunning. We think I am a Plott Hound Mastiff mix. I am a well-behaved girl and I am so thankful for this chance to have my own home... my own couch, my own treats and all the comforts of a family. I am housebroken, crate trained and I have an old sould vibe. When you meet me, I am peaceful, gentle and watchful and you can see I am attentive. I am taking it all in. I am timid at first... hesitant you could say but with just a bit of time and some treats, I trust pretty quickly. I have lived with other dogs in the past and I have done just fine. I recently had a playdate with another Ziva dog. He was awesome; we had a lot of fun chasing each other around. I am one of those that doesn't need another canine in the home but I can have canine friends! I really love my humans who I attach to quite quickly. I also don't need a party house and a busy environment. I am happy to relax, go on some walks and cuddle on the couch. Of course, I would like some entertainment and fun in my life but I am easily satisfied. I like to go on walks but I am a little shy in busier areas... I am already gaining confidence though! I have met kids of all ages but 10+ is an appropriate age for this big girl. We are not sure on cats. Here is a link to the application if you are interested in me.
